I requested a refund because I was charged BEFORE the trial was over (immediately) and I decided I didn't want the product because it doesn't do what is promised, I was completely ignored! Not even a reply! They charged me the trial price (shipping & handling) plus the full product price! Then refused to refund or respond to emails!

I have had difficulties for years with putting on eyelashes. I have tried self-adhesive only to create a mess. I don't want to go with salon lashes because I only need them on for 1 night or 1 occasion. I was so pleased with the reusable lashes I got from Luminess which used a special magnetic eyeliner to attach the lashes. I looked amazing and I was able to put them on all by myself! So happy! Would love if you just did a box of natural lashes.
I'm finding the luminescent spray is caking in my fine lines. I have followed all instructions..
I love the way the foundation feels it was a little dark for my skin, but once I put the powder it works. I did half my face with the airbrush foundation and half of it with my old foundation, and my kids and husband couldn't tell the difference so not too impressed for the price.
It's been good. I like the way it goes on and the way I look with it on and finished.
My skin needs cream products don't don't care for what I received it's not for me
I had a really high hopes for this foundation. I struggle with them three issues when it comes to foundation and I was hoping that this would be a good option. Product had a strong chemical smell, probably a given considering it's an aerosol, but when I tried to apply additional coverage the brush just pulled the underlying product off. Color match was also a bit too yellow. I am actually really sad that I didn't like this product because I really wanted to! It's just really not for me.
Please do not charge my debit card! Since I had to wait weeks to get it!
The color match was WAY off and it goes on thicker than you think. It goes on easily, but watch getting outside the lines of your face when applying. It leaves a terrible line! I am disappointed because I've been looking for a natural looking foundation and this wasn't it, unfortunately.
I have extremely textured skin and this foundation didn't do it justice I am disappointed because I hoped that this would be a acceptable fix for me
I purchased the Stylus Air quite a few years ago and it lasted quite a few years...no problem with that system. Unfortunately, I purchased the Luminess Breeze in August and it stopped working properly four months later. I was given instructions from Luminess on how to possibly remedy the issue. The Breeze still did not work, therefore, I was sent a replacement air head and was informed to return the defective one at my own expense. I returned the defective one with a letter of my dissatisfaction with the Breeze as it still was not working properly, even with the new air head. To date, there has been no response, which is a big disaapointment. I had been a customer of Luminess for a number of years. I will not be ordering from them...so sad.
Love the manuel that explain you how to ise the machine. Now I need to practice
The foundation is Ok. The rest of the products are junks: the primer, the sealer, the eraser/cleanser. I do not wish to purchase your products. Please contact me to give me instruction on how to return them
