An email has been sent to you with Return Authorization confirmation and Return instructions. Although emails are generally received within 5 minutes, it may take as long as 30 minutes. Please note the package must be returned to us by 05/19/2020

Please follow the instructions below:

Please write this RA Number on the top of the box with a Sharpie or permanent marker in large numbers.

The RA# needs to be written on the front of the original packing list and returned with your package. Please make a copy of your packing list for your records.

We recommend that you send this back with a ground carrier that provides a tracking number. Please hold on to your tracking number in case there is a problem with your account. If the package is lost or damaged in transit back to us it is your responsibility so we recommend that you insure the package.

All cost associated with sending this back are at your expense.

All items must be returned in new or like new conditions in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts and instruction manuals/DVD(s) that were shipped with your original order.

Returns received damaged or with missing items will be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee per unit and may result in additional billing.

Applicable refunds on authorized return product will be processed after we receive the product back in our warehouse and inspection is complete.

All RA#'s have an expiration date, yours expires on 05/19/2020. It is very important that your package arrives back into our warehouse no later than 05/19/2020. If your package arrives later than 05/19/2020 it will be refused without refund and sent back to you at your expense.

Applicable refunds on authorized return product are processed within 4-8 weeks of receiving your package back into our warehouse and should be reflected on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days after refunding.

I cancelled my membership over the phone, right after the first shipment. No further instructions given. A month later, I was told that I was supposed to return the machine and owed $99.00 and I was being reported to collections. I returned the machine, only given an address over the phone - no label, no return shipment number, no address on the website, no confirmation email. I just received a credit from Luminess for ONE DOLLAR.

They tell you it replaces moisturizer, concealer and foundation. Their own instructions tell you to apply moisturizer and concealer. After 3 try's and 18 drops of makeup it still did not provide good coverage. When I tried to return, they argued w me, did not address problem, interrupted, tried to sell me products to fix problem. After 27 minutes, he angrily said I will start return process, went offline. Came back in 5 minutes and said are you still there? When I said yes, he disconnected. And btw, no protection for my card. Once the have it they can keep charging it no matter what you say to the bank. Had to cancel my card and get a new one.

My husband bought me this as a gift. I got it but I didn't like it. The Luminess Air is like painting a wall. It sucks. So I just put it aside. I didn't know that I need to return it within 7 days, if not the company will charge us monthly. This happened almost a year ago. I wrote emails to the company trying to stop they charging me and told them clearly that I don't need any of their products in the future. But the company kept trying to charge me. I closed my bank account to escape this. But I still got the company letter says " we have made several attempts to process payments with the credit card information provided and have been unable to collect payment... therefore your account is in danger of being sent to our collection agency". My husband only bought once and paid about $39 something, we received one product. But the nightmare began from the moment we supplied our bank account information-we don't want do business with them but we don't know how to stop them doing business with us.

After looking at the detailed DVD and reading thru the instruction leaflet, I tried doing it myself and was pleasantly surprised. It was almost easy to use. AND it was fun. It felt so light and smoothe going on my face and it looked very natural... but with no blemishes or redness that I normally have. I then used the eyeshadow, lipstick and mascara that came later. Eyeshadow was great, mascara was nice, but lipstick was a little dry. I did look better than I have in years (probably because I haven't worn make up in years) and I was pleased with the outcome. However, I had a terrible cold and within an hour most of my make-up had been wiped off because of sneezIng, coughing, and runny eyes. I have already recommended it to all the women in my family... There are 26 of us and I am looking forward to using this when I go anywhere. Finally, a product that I can recommend.
