Has anyone spilled a drop of Luminess makeup on a washcloth or in my case my robe?
Well don't! Nothing I mean nothing will take it out. I tried bleach, stain remover, evenpolish remover. Ruined! And they won't do a thing about it. Because so they say, that I returned the system.

Well, I'm going to tell you something important. I worked with Luminess from November of 2018 until January of 2019 as CSR with this BS Company.
We resolved some cases about the frequnecy of the automated shipments and the return of the product. I worked in their Contact Center in Bogota, NJ. And everyday, we received a lot of calls about this inconveniences, that was NOT RESOLVED and we continue LYING to the customer.
Everything that I learnt during the time that I was working with this BS, is that you don't need to lie to the customer. I accept that I lie to the people about this product, and the lot of the procedures (talking BS about the product involving another people or something else) that we need to do to make a save on the "Club" and accomplish with the Goal.
Due to confidential agreements, I cannot reveal information about the company and third-party allies. So, I need to say that the Contact Center headquarters was on Bogota, Colombia and from there, they monitored all the calls. I prefer to be anonymous to prevent lawsuits against me.
Once you give them your credit card number, you cannot cancel the automatic deliveries. I tried and they are charging me every month. Now they don't even delivery. Probably I have to cancel my credit car. They steal your money without shame.
After the purchase of the Airbrush, I saw that additional charges were drafted from my account. I called and they explained that it was a courtesy to replenish my foundation. I explained that I didn't need the additional inventory of foundation. I hadn't even cracked the seal on the first initial batch that was sent. I instructed the company not to send me anymore products or draft my account for their replenish membership. I also stated very concise and firmly that I wasn't interested. And I also confirmed the next scheduled payments for the Airbrush. I have contacted this company several time about this and the Rep assured me that December would be my last payment. My account was drafted in December for what I knew was supposed to be my last payment. One week later I received a text message regarding my past due amount. This has now become a bate and switch routine. One Rep says one thing and the collection Rep says another. Now they are threatening my credit. Amazon sells various Airbrush machine from other reputable companies. Pay once and its a done deal. This company wants you to pay into a membership. Once they have access to your checking account, debit or credit card they will forget what the last Representative noted on your file and charge you for the membership again and again and again... They will not even offer a mailing address to send in the last payment. They want access to your account. It's not about the Airbrush or building long lasting relationship. Sad
Called several times to cancel, unable to even get through until today. The agent tired the entire time to have me agree to continue, reduced cost, reduced frequency, and would not just take no for an answer. After finally saying he would cancel, he then said they would still charge me AND to read the terms on the site. Complete BS. If i even liked the product, I would NEVER go back again and tell everyone to NOT buy this!
Product is excellent, except foundation cannot match my very light skin color. Customer service resisted taking product back repeatedly, and no refund was available. I had to pay for trial, plus shipping back. The advertisement is very close to fraud, and customer service pressure is borderline intimidation.
The makeup itself is not bad. However, once you get sucked in, it's hard to get out. (1) The website could never find any of my current foundations to match (Urban Decay, Make Up For Ever, Nars). (2) The free gifts you get with your trial were "backordered" and were never sent. (3) There is a "club" that you will be automatically signed up for. No matter what you do, you can't avoid it. You will be billed every single month but may or may not actually receive the 2 bottles they bill you for. Plus, (at least for me) they WEREN'T EVEN THE COLORS I WAS USING! Even after MY CREDIT CARD EXPIRED, they found a way to continue billing my checking account. You will then email and call multiple times and multiple address/numbers to try to cancel only to be hit with a 20-minute salespitch. Be prepared for this. (4) If you do find a color and formula you like (I did), the bottles will arrive broken. They will then leak all over your other makeup. You will get maybe 2 or 3 uses out of the bottle. In summary, please learn from my mistake: JUST DON'T DO IT.
Love all their beauty products. Good delivery and the quality! Their eye and lip make up range is the best. I love it!

My friends and I decided to try the products of this brand. We bought mascara, lisps sticks with different colors, foundations, eye shadows, blushes, powders, and eyeliners. The quality is really good, mascara holds all day and looks nice. My recommendations!
Try to leave a negative even diplomatic review.It will say submitted but watch they will never post them. Try it yourself to see. I Cant show a picture because they delete them. I now know why you never are allowed to a human at CS, they are all scanning the reviews
Do not buy this air brush make up. Poor quality products. Had to see dermatologist to undo damage done by these products. I paid hundreds of dollars for this system. They continue to charge my bank card since discontinuing last February 20. SCAM. OUT OF COUNTRY CUSTOMER SERVICE. STILL THINKING ABOUT BUYING LUMINESS AIR. DO NOT DO IT.
One of the worst decisions I ever made, buying this make-up. I fell for their tricky advertising, like everyone else who wants to look beautiful. I love make-up. I and I was thinking if I get it and don't like it, no big deal I can send it back. But, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. So, I sent a email. Within a couple of minutes they responded! They refused to issue a conformation number via email. I called the bank, they agreed with me and gave me my money back If it sounds too good to be true. It probably is.
If/WHEN you return your product, they dont tell you this. They give you DAYS to return the product yet your refund will take 4-8 WEEKS!:
• Please write this number on the top of the box with a permanent marker in numbers one and a half to two inches in size
• You will want to make a copy of your packing list for your records. The RA# needs to be written on the front of the original packing list and returned with your package.
• We recommend that you send this back with a ground carrier that provides a tracking number. Please hold on to your tracking number in case there is a problem with your account. If the package is lost or damaged in transit back to us it is your responsibility so we recommend that you insure the package.
• All cost associated with sending this back are at your expense.
• We will refund your card/ account after we receive the product back in our warehouse and inspection is complete
• All RA#'s have an expiration date, yours expires on 08/19/2020. It is very important that your package arrives back into our warehouse no later than 08/19/2020. If your package arrives later than 08/19/2020 it will be refused without refund and sent back to you at your expense
• Make sure to send back everything that came with the system. Missing or damaged product and/ or packaging material may be assessed a replacement charge
• Applicable refunds on authorized return product will be processed within 4-8 weeks of receiving your package back into our warehouse and should be reflected on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days after refunding.

I ordered the trial received it and it didn't work, it took so long to come just wanted to return it. I returned it and lost my receipt so they said I have to pay since my receipt is the only way to track the order. So that whole getting an authorization number to return the product meant nothing, on top of that you have to pay for your own return t. They excuse is I ship it for free so u pay for return... you order from amazon they ship for free and give you labels to return for free. They just want your money and all they do is just keep taking money off of your bank account
They are very misleading on the price be very sure you are aware and read the fine print as this thing could cost you over $200.00 and is simply not worth it. I was trying to return the product and was waiting for a reply to an email that was never sent and now they are saying I can not return. So upset.

This company is a scam. Nothing but. I ordered this product as a gift for my wife. Upon arrival 10 days later Luminess Air charged my credit card an additional $69.95 and another $79.95 for "future products". My wife and I realized that this was an unethical company and requested a return. The return policy seems to be non-existent and costly. Customers are required to pay for the return shipping; include your "Return Authorization Number" on the exterior of the box; call them back to confirm they received it and then they still would not credit my initial payment nor the the other two charges. Stay as far away as you can from this company as they are not billed as advertised. As a litigator, I would sue this company in a minute under a class action. But I'll wait another week to see if they want to challenge me on my return and refund all of my money back to my credit card.
So they automatically opt in to additional charge when you buy products and I didn't realize that. I claimed then customer service rep accused me because I didn't read carefully the instructions (very tricky)
Customer service rep was arrogant never apologized for inconvenience instead did not really listen when I talked! I made a claim and I got reply from "her" Or the company protected the customer rep and didn't say anything to me it's really funny! Keep that attitude and you won't survive!
By the way product is not worth buying...
Its amazing (but by NK means surprising!) that women wiukd use this oiece if garbage in an attempt to make themselves look like something they arent, so they can meet Mr. Wonderful, but ONE big question remains to be answered... What ya' gonna do when he sees your mug in the morning?

I ordered the luminess 30 day trial airbrush system and got the order very quick but the airbrush don't work and I upgraded to the better airbrush which didn't even have no power. So I call customer service and ask the girl what is the return process she got so nasty with me, lately there is no customer service any more... where is the saying customers always right... I work for emergency service if I talk to these people with the attitude they gave me they would not like it... anyway back to topic. She then stated she will send a replacement and it's been 10 days and no replacement yet... so I call back to say forget just give me instructions how to return and they tell me I can't return the items until replacement comes in regular mail. But had no problem taking my money and sending me something that doesn't work express in the beginning
