My exsperience was when i called the representitive about my trial kit going to a duplicate address the issue was resolved but for future orders they will have to add notes that i live in a house other than that it was fine. Also during the call i was irritated about trying to offer me more items to purchase.

I am having either the worse luck or products are not as good as they say. This is my third machine. The first one is the home which I still got but it's clogged again. I got extra needles they are clogged two and two pens. I bought an extra one when it kept getting clogged. I washed them like it said still didn't work and it was so hard putting it back together I don't have the one back right. Then I bought the breeze it had a mind of its own. I think it had a defect because it came on when it wanted to on its own when it was sitting in a drawer I was going to return it so I struggle with home one again. All of sudden the breeze started working right when I used a different cord. That machine was stolen off me when I was robbed on a train and my purse was stolen. I got a new one now the makeup number 20 won't come out of bottle

My boyfriend ordered the Luminess Breeze air brush system for me for Christmas. The order never went through, but we received a call from customer service who placed our order for us. She was very helpful and friendly. We placed the order Dec 26th and it took a while to get but it finally arrived Jan 4th. I took it out of the box, charged it for a few hours and used it. I have to say I love the Luminess Breeze way better than the Icon pro! It's easier to use and it goes on flawlessly! I absolutely love it! I can't wait to use it again!

The product itself is good but I only use the product one time on my stepdaughter wedding day since am not a makeup fan. So I had to cancel the subscription and auto-delivery and their agent named Aime was helpful and compassionate and I would say knowledgeable regarding with the matter since she was able to give solutions.

I don't like the shipping. The carrier isn't very quick and with this being makeup, it should quicker. I'm still learning my colors and technique but I think I'm going to like it

Equipment is too complex to use in quick settings and the cancelation/charging terms for the tool is not clear up front. Would not purchase again.

I finally decided to buy the Luminess system. They sent me 2. Then said I was on the 30 day trial. And said I was on auto-pay/auto ship, which I specifically did not want. I wrote to them explaining this, on their 'contract us' page on their website. I still have not heard back from them on this. Kinda disappointed so far.
