When I opened my box to try my new Luminous Air every single thing in the box was covered with foundation. EVERYTHING. I spent the time I had cleaning up instead of trying the actual product.

The support team was great but someone needs to re-test your mobile app prototype. You have issues with the log in / sign up process by offering to sign in with Chrome it invalidates the site because of Google chrome's rules. It causes multiple issues. Someone needs to go through it again especially if you are offering your mobile app to every customer.

To start off I called and was very worried I was going to get some pushy customer service rep that care about sales, I didn't. The male I was talking to me was very informative and patient. I'm a guy who doesn't know jack about make up and this guys was amazing and all about the customer. Got my package at a fast time frame and can't wait to surprise my wife. Very slow delivery and you started sending emails about how I liked the products and how to use the products way too early, should wait until delivery is confimed.

I had been using luminess for years and decided to switch back to traditional foundation and using a blender. I just couldnt find anything i liked better or easier than the luminess spray. I had alot left since i had set my preferences to be delivered every 3 months. Recently i noticed the new breeze airbrush. I ordered and absolutely love it, although you do have to use more drops than the original air brush its so much easier to control and sprays more evenly! I give the breeze air brush a 5 star review! Ive set my preferences for every 3 months again so we'll see how it goes…

Opens the package the following day and downloaded the app. Watched video and tried the product. My first time spraying the makeup turned out very well. I had some spots with too much ch and another not enough. Overall, I think I will really like it when I get use to the sprayer.
