In the past year or so I have placed 4 orders with Luminess. Two never arrived and had to be reordered. It shouldn't be so hard to access products you like and want to continue using.

I enjoy my airbrush system and the results are amazing! Ordering product when I choose works the best for me. Once I made this clear and the auto shipments and their returns were corrected, I am more enthusiastic about using the airbrush system.

I have used the airbrush system twice, thus far. I have not been impressed with the product overall. The coverage is no better than the foundation I currently use. As a matter of fact it makes my pores look larger and bumps on my skin are more noticeable. It also leaves a tacky heavy feeling on my skin. I am going to give it another try before I reach out to customer service just in case the product I received has expired.
