I had such high expectations for this product. It absolutely eats up the makeup so fast so I have to stop and load more drops constantly. It's just nothing like the commercials. Initially the reservoir was leaking so they replaced that. Then I sent an email to cancel because I just wasn't happy about how much I had to keep adding makeup but of course it was too late to get my money back or return it and the lady suggested that I not press as hard on the pump but that didn't make a difference at all. What a waste of my time and money. I'm so disappointed. And they just keep charging me. I'm disappointed and furious. Don't waste your hard-earned money or precious time!
I love the new cordless wand style. But your makeup seems a little stickier than it used to be. I think you tried to do too much with the new makeup it should be just a simple basic cover nothing more. Maybe too much glycerin I think.

I checked on my order on Feb 02 because I had not received it yet. It was held up in a main USPS center in AZ since Jan 26 with no explanation. So, I've already lost time on my month trial I suppose because of the mail service, which doesn't make me happy. Just received it at my post office on Sat [Feb 4] & because of visitors & schedule over the wk.end, haven't had a chance to try it yet. Plan on doing so today or tomorrow [Mon or Tues]

I just received my box on Saturday, February 4,2023. I carefully went through everything to make sure nothing was missing from my order. However, the above-mentioned $25 Gift Card was NOT in the package I received. I will be contacting Luminess Customer Service about this missing gift card. I will also be requesting an extension on my trial period since it took a while before I received my package.

Answer: NOT worth it! The airbrush is fine but the hassle of auto delivery which I didn't realize was part of it is expensive and not worth it! I canceled and still owe per the "agreement"! Very expensive after all this!
