I received my Luminess is a timely matter. I found it was a little different to use. I followed the instructions, but I found that using the 6-8 drops was not enough to cover, (maybe it's just the way I was holding the button.), and my skin did feel very sticky at first.I'm not too sure if I like this, but I will give it another try.
I am new to Luminess and I have not had to speak to customer service but the shipping was quick. I got my items fast and without any damage. I also like the packaging.

It takes a whole to dry and if you have oily skin it doesn't really help in controlling that. There is buildable coverage, but you have to wait for first layer to dry and then put it on.

They advertise that the make up isn't cakey and patchy... and it's just exactly that for me. It must be based on skin type and mine obviously isn't the right type.

I bought some thing on sale and did not get what I ordered. There were 3 of the concealer.25 for 15 dollar.I order two difrount concealer.You sent me one warm beige.50 and some thing else Ochre don't even no what that is and it was also.50 so you shorted me.50 on my order. How do you plan on making that right
