I called customer service explained to him that I just received my kit and the Breeze 2 is not working. Manufacturing defect, so he sending me a new one under warranty.

Faster delivery time should be included. It takes too long to have it delivered once you order it a week should suffice not 2 weeks

Very difficult when trying to fix problem they said problem taken care of. They will send a replacement haven't gotten it and tracking number says it's at three different locations and it's not at any one of them I called all day I'm disabled and I do my shopping online and people are always talking our packages from our front door
