I really love the quality of the product! However the shipping was a bit slow.
Can't tell you about the product experience because I haven't received the order. So that being said then I am not happy that i am getting these emails to provide a review and haven't even received the product. How about you tell me when I am going to receive it instead?

I found the items very disappointing the lip color had lip gloss all over the outside when opening box and the clean wipes were dry. Felted like I received used items

I found this helpful getting items. I would do the airbrush but only use makeup 1/week wouldn't like auto delivery. Wish I had that look haven't received items just ordered now

I ended up having a total stranger pick up my luminess package the day it was going to be delivered I called customer service Let them know right away and that I had a case number for USPS but then the weekend pass and money came along and all of a sudden it was returned to me and in my mailbox but the customer service people were planning on already sending me out a brand new airbrush and make up and I was just so so thankful that I was able to retrieve the original package and they were able to still assist me with a brand new package of foundation because the one that I received in the box was opened and tampered with thank you so much luminess customer service you guys go beyond and above for your customers i'll be buying another airbrush tomorrow for my aunt

The ordering process is super easy. I actually went down one shade from what was suggested, and it's the closest match I've found to my actual skin tone. Easy to apply, and live the buildable coverage.

Personally I didn't like how the foundation looked on my face. Kind of looked orange toned even though my normal foundation color is the same. Also I didn't like the way it looked like "too much" makeup. I'm more of a simple makeup type. Not bad brand just not right for me is all.

It's ok. Honestly its more work than it's worth…and a high price for how not simple it is.
Maybe I'm the problem but my daughter and I tired and tried and we always ended up blending it in with a sponge or brush anyway. So really it's an unnecessary hassle.
