I did the color match quiz and was VERY excited about this product. I noticed the color was a little too orange for me, I contacted customer service and they were very kind and personable and sent me a new shade of my choosing at no charge!
I am being billed for stuff I have not gotten I'm tired of being billed for it. This is been going on since 1 July and I want it stopped. I'm sick of it.

I want to return the both products. Does not last even an hour on the face. Ordered July 30 and received it August the 8 so I should still be able to return it.
