I tried to open a chat concerning the part of the 14 day trial products to return, but no one ever came into the chat.

I didn't receive it so how can I review something I never got!
I guess you don't let us try it before we buy it, I paid shipping to have nothing shipped to me!
I really wanted to use this for important advents I had to attend...
And for thanksgiving at my inlaws so they would spread a rumor around that I must of had plastic surgery, i could of then got mad at them for saying that and not have to invite them to Christmas party at My house!
I'll be waiting for it to get here!?

I'm a front responder, just don't have enough time to practice with the spray. I've tried one time but it got too thick on me that I have to wash my face.

My wife likes this product. Loves you don't need cream to remove your hair.

The foundation is not life changing. It's just as ok as some drugstore products I've used. The brush is a huge disappointment because with every application I have to pick some of the fibers off of my face. It falls apart. I'm not interested in buying again.

You don't give the option to change your order if you decide you don't want the upgrade. However after speaking with customer service they explained all i had to do to have corrected my order. Customer service took the time to call me and we proceeded to get my order corrected in just a matter of minutes.\.

The process for selectinng a color match was helpful. The use of different faces made it easier to compare my own skin color & tone against. I would've liked a bit of s description or an opportunity to add my thoughts. For example, I tan well but can burn at first. I have olive skin; part Italian.
I will however, be returning the items ad the make-up seems a bit thick. I don't like that. I wish there was a way to get the # required for return other than having to call.

This product wasn't for me. I have hormonal acne after stopping the pill and I need something that will give me the coverage until my issue is gone. I normally don't wear makeup because my skin is so sensitive, so I thought this would do well with my skin. It was light, but sticky, and not enough coverage, even after putting 2 layers on. You could still see the blemishes on my face and it actually made it more apparent. And it didn't do anything for my fine lines around my mouth and eyes.

The foundation and primer were as described. I loved the smooth polished look of my makeup and it lasted all day.
