I can't say anything negative about this product, however, I did not like the shade that I picked. My skin tone was more like I had a tan but I wanted to look natural. I like how the make up is applied it's not messy almost like a matt look but better. I can't give a proper review because I've only used the make once, but I really don't know if it will hold up throughout the day because I washed it off. I don't know maybe I would try it again but just another shade just maybe I could give a better review.

I didn't get all I ordered. I tried to go to the order but it kept saying no order found. So I just gave up.
In this case, we can submit a shipment claim for non-receipt of the package and request to have it reshipped. However, the system asks us to wait 3 business days to be able to submit this, as sometimes USPS marks a package as delivered ahead of time but may take a couple extra days to actually complete delivery.
When I ordered it said buy one get one free and I only received one. Maybe I read it wrong, not sure.

It was fine just your link said it was here when I had just got an email confirming delivery. Figured if I did not get it in a week I would contact customer support but it arrived. So, you may need to work on that glitch but other than the product and that email glitch everything was fine.
