I did the "try before you buy" and as soon as it arrived I was so anxious to try it that I put it on immediately. Unfortunately, the first thing I noticed was the smell, AWFUL! Then after reading the directions, I proceeded to spray the primer on the brush as directed. It just felt wet. Then I tried the actual product...It is TERRIBLE! Do Not Waste Your Money on this overpriced, underwhelming, & cheaply made "makeup".
Quick and easy order. It didn't take look for me to get the product. It's a little pricey though.

I am not impressed with the results I expected way more for the price. The try for free deal is misleading and customers should be made aware of the $50+ hold that is put on their credit card.

I saw the ad on facebook and thought I'd give it a shot. I hit the link and placed an order, or so I thought. After a week or two, I hadn't received any information regarding my order so I thought maybe it didn't go through so I placed another order. During this time there was a sale so I thought instead of being charged in 2 weeks, I'll just pay now. Later I checked my bank statement and realized both orders had gone through except the one through facebook was auto filled in with the wrong address. I called and the agent fixed it for me but told me I could not get the shipping I had paid back. I didn't mind since I figured I made the mistake. Fast forward I got the makeup in and it was the wrong shade. I called CS to get a replacement which it states on the packaging I can do if I get the wrong color and this guy told me since I paid in full for my order, I could not get the color match. WHAT?! So because I PAID for my order in full instead of in 2 weeks I was stuck with the wrong color! That is absurd and the silliest thing I ever heard of. I've ordered from Ilmakiage and if I get the wrong color they gladly change it with no issues. I had to then ask for a supervisor in which this agent told me the supervisor will tell you the same thing. SMH. The product itself I was pleased with but the customer service is horrible. Therefore, I will not be ordering again and I will add a comment next time I see the ad on facebook. Terrible way to treat paying consumers.

Answer: NOT worth it! The airbrush is fine but the hassle of auto delivery which I didn't realize was part of it is expensive and not worth it! I canceled and still owe per the "agreement"! Very expensive after all this!
