It's hard for us to use our human eyes online, to gage which color matches us best just by looking at color swatches. Not Luminess's fault really.
I received my order and it is too orange. I called to cancel but she said I could try another color. She transferred me and all I did was sit and wait for someone to answer, which never happened. Not too happy about that part.

Accepted my order based on delivery destination. Emailed saying can't deliver. Asked for a refund and they said yes. Another email asking if I was satisfied. Reminded them about a refund and was told I now need to waste my time calling a number. What is the point of asking me.

I love the concept of the foundation. It just doesn't give the coverage I expected. I love that it's light weight. It just doesn't work for me. I've been using it for a week now and each day I look at my face about mid day and I have no coverage. I sent an email to cancel. I received an email to call and speak with a representative.
