I don't have a lot of time to follow up, so I haven't. The color match was horrible. My skin is yellowish reddish brown and the color was black…seriously - black! I was so shocked. I haven't taken the time to reach out to customer service…

First and Foremost it took awhile for my item to be processed and shipped out. Hopefully it doesn't affect my 14 day time table to try the product. As well I chose the correct color but it doesn't seem to so much coverage especially when I spray more on my brush. Not sure if it needs to be darker. It is very messy but the makeup is very light and soft to touch.

I have tried to call and email that the color I have is too light. I have asked what I can do to switch that out but have not gotten a response.My 14 days is almost up. I also want to cancel the powder but when I call, I have to leave a message. Frustrating

I don't think the color was the right color match for me. I'll go ahead and keep the product instead of going through the hassle of returning it. But not sure I would ever order again.
