Unable to contact no one for a week, unable to return my package, they told me 14 days then they told that 30 day, they I ended up with a clor that didn't not match me and with $98 withdrawal bill. I didn't receive any refund. I really disappointed.

While it took a couple weeks for my LUMINESS products to arrive, they are worth it. Easy to apply, great lightweight coverage, and a flawless finish. I'm in my 50s and hate heavy, thick foundation. LUMINESS feels like a tinted moisturizer but covers like full foundation. I will definitely purchase again and try their other products in the future.

I placed my order on May 20.As of today, June 8,2024, I have not received my order. I spoke with a representative to inquire about shipping only to be told, they don't know when it will ship and I shouldn't call back about this issue. I tried to cancel. They said it was too late in the process and debited the money a day later. I'm sure it's a great product, but I'll never know because it's going back as soon as I receive it. If it ever come.
