I was playing my games and your ad kept popping up so, of course, eventually clicked on it to find out more about the makeup and hoping that it's not another disappointment. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered something and I always believed it was gonna make a difference and that I wished it was already here so I can start looking fabulous.
So, I shake the bottle, spray some on my brush and the makeup glides onto my face. I always use a powder to seal it and I've noticed that my makeup doesn't wear off, even holds up in bad weather.
I am happy to be able to say that I was not disappointed.
P.s. Thank god we got past the "contraption" aka airbrush device.

I didn't like the makeup because it made my face dry and did not cover up my lines.

This was to orange for me other than that I liked everything else. I'll probably order the lighter coverage nextbtime

Received my order in a timely matter. Unfortunately, I was unable to try the color until 3 weeks after it arrived. On the package, it said you have 14 days to return it. So, unfortunately, it looks like I'm stuck with a color that does not blend well with my skin tone. :(

I love the Luminess and will be ordering again very soon. It has truly made a difference in my skin and is just the way I like makeup. Makeup that does not take hours to put on and gives me a natural glowing look

The foundation color I received wasn't quite right, so I'm being sent a different shade without a hassle, nice for a change.

I spoke to a customer service representative she sent she sending me out a new color because the first one was incorrect. We'll see when it gets here if I keep my subscription.

The color is too light. How do I return it and get my money back?

My initial experience/order was confusing. When I placed the trial order, my credit card was charged $72.00, I contacted Customer Service and was given a discount, as I had expressed I wanted to cancel. I've since received the order and I like the products so far.

Great customer service! For some reason my order originally had the wrong address on it. Something happened when I used my Paypal, it pulled the wrong address. Anyhow, I spoke a few times with customer service and they were very helpful and friendly. I waited a little longer, but it's worth the wait.

Only 2 of the items are what I was expecting in my order. I received a cleaner meant for an applicating device that I do not have and I also received an eye shadow palette that I cannot use due to the fact that they are glitter based. I never had an opportunity to select my own shades. Lastley, I was overcharged originally because I accidentally order extras I didn't want. I was able to rectify this with customer service but was told that after my trial, my card would be charged the full amount then refunded back for the items I didn't receive. The order took over 3 weeks to arrive and I have no idea what the deadline is to return what I don't want.

It was ok had a problem with being charged too much but it was corrected.
