I received my order a few days ago and the color didn't match my skin tone at all. I'm very disappointed cos I was really looking forward to trying it 😔

My account was double billed for 2 separate amounts. I order on Saturday and called to cancel on Monday. I was told it has already been shipped. I received an email saying something different. The email said I would be notified when the items were shipped. I had to send a copy of my bank statement to prove that 2 amounts were charged to my account. I was told that they would give me a refund., which took approximately 10 days. I was then sent an email saying that I received the items and I was on a trynow monthly amount of which I clearly stated that I did not want. If I could give out a flat 0 I would give that. I will never do business with Luminess again.

Overall, my experience was okay. When I first applied the product to my skin, I immediately smelled an unpleasant order. The smell continued throughout the day and made me very self conscious about it. Also, my skin started to itch. The color I chose was slightly too light for my skin tone. However, I really appreciated the coverage. It went on smoothly and covered every blemish that I needed covered.
