I order the sample and paid 6 dollars, they charged me for the sample but then i was charded the full price also. When i was supposed to have 14 days to review. I do not want them to charge me again or send me any other products.

From what I saw on the Facebook ad it really looked like it was coverage as nice as Derma Bland but it did not cover my leg veins or my body spots as well as I thought it would

I emailed to return it and they just said to call and never got a response. Bad customer service if they can't even answer an email.
Not completely satisfied with my order. The color doesn't match my skin. Upon applying product it did not go on flawlessly, dispersing it created too many imperfections. Not satisfied at all.

I tried the product and it did not work as advertised. I tried to return via online and calling with no luck. Finally got through to be told return was expired and was only offered $50 refund. This is frustrating and will not ever use product or by from this company again. Regards, Laurie Wheatley
The makeup was not smooth. It was chalky not light on my face can I get refunded from here. I am very disappointed. I had ordered four orders. I only received two. I want to get refunded for the two received. I did not report back to luminous I did not get two orders.

I got this because you could try it for $5, and if you like it then it was $49.99. Which is high for a foundation for myself I'm not a makeup buff, but I liked the product and decided "yolo/treat yo self" but then they charged me $75 dollars! I don't understand the $25 additional charge and I can't find a confirmation email sent to me about my order either just the delivered email.

I received my order and tried it out. It did not cover as advertised. The third day I could not get the foundation to mix and there is no color. The primer has no color and has a terrible smell. I would not recommend.

Trial basis shade was too light. Called to get shade darker. It was sent promptly with another 2 weeks to try and I love it.
