The website wasn't very easy to maneuver around. The pictures are missing of the shades part to tell which one to order. I also found another website that is almost the same thing I'm confused. Luckily after these issues a representative called back and fixed the problem. They were so nice and on top of their game amazing customer service!

The stilys was out of its bubble wrap in the package. In which there is some damage to the tip. But not enough damage to where it doesn't work correctly.
I still gave it 4 stars because service is typically quick and everything is normally in great condition.
More shades to choose from would be great. Loved the formula and coverage, unfortunately the shade did not match my tone

I can only get both LED lights to light up and it only sprays for a second and quits and it's fully charged.

This foundation is a game changer. I have dry skin with a lot of redness and this foundation hides it all! I've tried two colors and love both. You won't be disappointed.

Overall, the experience of try-before-you-buy was very easy. Unfortunately, the foundation itself didn't work for me. Honestly, I don't necessarily think it's the product itself, but really my face just hates every single foundation I use. I will say that Luminess at least made my skin look flawless for about 3 hours, then the oils in my t-zone separated it and it looked so cakey. But the normal parts of my face held onto it well.
When I went to request a return, customer service was amazing. They offered to let me talk to a specialist for alternate tips to help with my skincare. I had initially been charged for the product, but once they realized the mistake, they refunded it immediately without issues.
I think it's definitely worth a try!

I ordered the try before u buy product and then realized ur company charged my account almost $50 then another charge for $3 and some change. So I contacted your company and complained and was told you would refund all of my funds and apologized for or the misunderstanding. BUT although I received the $3 transaction back I have not received the close to $50 back nor have I received the product and I am very displeased and am to the point I'm ready to start filing complaints and giving bad reviews on social media

The Breeze replacement head works sporadically. You can feel the air spraying, but sometimes there is no makeup coming out.
