Every garment that I have purchased from Lulus has been beautiful, great quality, and true to fit as described in their size chart. The purchases also always arrive in a timely manner.
I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes (heels) and 3 dresses and all fit like a glove! Shoes are ALL padded and extremely comfortable! This is no doubt my default shopping for clothes, shoes and accessories! Shipping is high priority and packages very well!

I ordered several dresses for myself and daughter to wear to a wedding. Unfortunately, none of the dresses fit me but several looked great on my daughter.
One purse was stained with a yellow glue looking substance and the strap on the other broke after the first use. Both purses are really nice and I would purchase from here again, just disappointed what I got had flaws like this.

The red one piece, quarter sleeve pant suit. Great color, soft material, light breathable fabric, well made, and a flattering fit. Good quality merchandise on trend and affordable priced.

The dresser were beautiful and well made. Only has issues trying to find the proper size. But was very satisfied. Returns were easy and refunds posted within a timely manner.
I have a very particular body shape & the sizes provided don't work with my body. ( I have size D cups, slim stomach & waist but thick thighs) I did have to get it altered but product was very nice & I loved it.

I bought Vegan shoes, but the glue on the sole was from china, The sole was loose and i glued it myself. I don't want anything made in a country thats animal tested. Is the glue on the sole animal tested, I should have sent them back Anne

I had to return a bridesmaid dress and it was so easy to do! Lulus was helpful and made the exchange without any trouble.
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
