It was a beautiful dress unfortunately for me I'm very short and have a medium size breast. The xs dress fit perfectly light wise but it was to small on the breast size. The S size fit me perfectly on the chest but it was way to long even with heels on.
I ordered the dress and waited several weeks after it said it was shipped only to find out it was "lost at the warehouse" and I was never told. Upon calling, it took a bit of work but a new dress was located and shipped out to me. Thought some sort of a discount would have been provided but no consolation for the trouble or delay was given. Luckily I love the dress! Had I not called I would have paid for a product that I never received.
Great service, great clothing. Most everything has been true to size and we've easily and without concern have returned or exchanged what has not fit. We've had a bit of an issue with zippers where they're tight at gathered or banded waistlines but feel that is to be expected.
My order arrived on time and the shoes are really comfortable, however, I have narrow feet but the shoes looks wide and the back flap of the shoes kept irritating my skin but now it's good.
Very disappointed that this dress was ordered for our daughters graduation and Lulus sent the wrong size! Phoned to get correct size sent overnighted but staff said it had to be two day?! I let them know it was a fault of theirs and two day service is a day too late, her graduation can't be pushed back! Please think twice before ordering something especially if it's for a special occasion!

As you mentioned in your review, when you initially called us we were unable to provide a replacement for the next day as there is a cut-off for when expedited shipments can be sent by the shipping carrier. As a result, the earliest a replacement could have been delivered using overnight shipping would have been two days later, as it would not be able to ship until the next day. If we had a way to ensure you received the replacement on time we would have gladly sent one - we apologize again that we weren't able to provide a replacement within the time constraints for which it was needed!
We previously refunded your original shipping fee, as we don't want you to have paid for shipping services for an incorrect item. Although the order is outside of our return policy, we can accept it back for a return and full refund to your original payment method! We have sent a pre-paid return label which you're welcome to use to send it back.
At Lulus we pride ourselves on quality and service, so we would like to do something to make up for this. I bought this dress for my 14 year old daughters graduation, it looked absolutely beautiful on her. Many compliments. She is 5'1" 108lbs and she fit perfect in a xs dress.
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!

What occurred in this case is that we did ship your package, however the shipping carrier said they did not receive the shipment although it had left our facility. Our system showed that the item was shipped, which is why we were not aware that the shipping carrier did not scan it into their system. As you mentioned in your review, we did provide a replacement item with expedited shipping when you contacted our customer service team. We're happy to hear that you love the dress!
