Easy peasy

Bought this as a reception dress. It fit true to size. Quality was fantastic. The adjustable straps made it easy to get the appropriate length (floor skimming in the front). It was such a romantic dress. Sadly I never got to change into it, so I returned it.

Their quality has gone down unfortunately. I have shopped on LuLus site for several years, but their material quality has gone down, and prices have gone up! Wrap dresses are always odd fitting, and only look good in the photos because they pin then in the photoshoot. I am going to take a break from an future orders till they get their stuff back in line!

They are cheap..

The back is up too high, the straps wear out quickly, aren't very comfortable. I'm usually a size 7. I had to buy another pair because it was way to big. So I bought a size 6.5. Come to find out I needed a 6. But the quality and going through the whole process just wasn't worth it. Only needed it for one night and I wasn't going to buy ANOTHER pair.

Two items I bought looked better in the photos. Fabric was thin and Leopard print skirt looked like a slip. I'll wear it once or twice so that's worth it for the price of what $16. The burgundy dress is an inferior cut and looks awful on me. But it was also very inexpensive so this was a cheap gamble but not going to try it again.

Hi everyone,

I made my first order on Lulus website and was so excited to receive it until I got the notification by my post office that I had to pay extra 71EUR of taxes and duties... Yes, I live in France. I did not think about checking any reviews on internet before ordering so I was not aware of this at all... This was such a bad new for me even though I tried out the outfits and dresses I bought and that they fit me perfectly... I mean I was ready to pay this price for clothes even if it is already super expensive in my opinion, but knowing that I will have to pay duties/fees every time I will order is clearly cooling me down about my next purchases on Lulus...

So this will happen to you if you ship your order outside of the USA obviously!

Very bad quality

I bought two expensive dresses, both horrible and of terrible quality, one of them was so ugly that I never used it and the other one after two months of use and after 5 or 6 sunsets, it broke and the fabric was stunk. I do not recommend this store. I did not make the refund because I made the purchase from Mexico and paying the shipping and the customs expenses was very expensive. Zero recommendable.

I purchased two RVCA dresses through Lulus. One was not quite what I was expecting (looked nothing like the model once it arrived-very baggy!) and I sent it back. I don't love that Lulus charges $7 for return shipping. It is a bit extreme for a dress that wasn't as advertised on their website. Otherwise, I have been quite pleased with all of the items I have purchased through Lulus.

Let me start by saying I haven't even received my order yet but I would already order from them again. I received an email from UPS stating that my order had been delivered. I was home at the time it was delivered and we also have cameras and a UPS truck never came to our door. I called the company and without question they already shipped me out a replacement dress. Just the fact that their customer service was wonderful I would order from them again. I cant wait to receive the item, which will be here before the end of the week!

Service was fine, it's hard to identify what size you are and a lot of products look a lot different in real life than on the model. I always have a hard time identifying my size from LuLu's - even if I bought something before that fits. Size seems to vary greatly by item. However, it was easy to return and I got my money back quickly.

Bad return policy

I was traveling and didn't get a chance to try on the coat I purchased. When I did, I found the pockets to have an odd placement. I was charged a fee for initiating the return 3 days past their guidelines. I won't shop there again.

We completely understand that travel can delay the return process, so we have waived the return shipping fee on your order and had this amount refunded to your original payment method. The refund will be issued within 24 hours, however it may take a few business days to see this post back to your bank account depending on your bank's specific policies. Most of their items are made in low-wage countries, the quality is poor and won't lost. For the price, I would also expect the items to arrive on time and be the correct size. I ordered a shirt for a trip to Italy, it arrived after 3 weeks two sizes too big. I didn't have time to exchange it before mg trip. They refunded me, however without the shipping cost. They gave me a $15 credit, which is abysmal when considering it wouldn't include free shipping. This company is not worth it, cheap, overly trendy garbage that will last you maybe one season if you're lucky.

As you mentioned, you did return this item and we refunded you in full for its cost on 12/20/2018. I did that you stated you were refunded without the shipping cost. It looks like your order was placed with free shipping which is why there was no shipping cost for us to refund. I hope this helps to provide clarification regarding the refund!

In hopes that we can do something to make this up to you, I upgraded the shipping on your new order at no additional cost! Rather than the free standard shipping your order was placed with, I'll have your package expedited at no cost to ensure it delivers to you by the end of this week!
