Honestly this company has SLOW SHIPPING!
Tried to get my bridesmaids dresses from here took two times longer than it normally does and I live in the united states. I specifically didn't want it to be signature required because I am never home to accept mail. They don't even give you an option to just have your mail dropped off. Because it came so late it really screwed me. I do NOT recommend this company at all!

Orders placed with standard ground shipping do take an estimated 4-10 business days to deliver, depending on several factors from the shipping carrier such as the volume of packages they're processing, the route the package takes, weather conditions, etc. It looks as though your package was out for delivery on the 4th business day in transit, but the shipping carrier was unable to deliver it as addressed.

The fabrics were very hot. One of the dressers the zipper stop middle back. Very poor quality for so expensive dress.

Miranda was so professional AND sweet at the same time. After being unable to print my return label & it had expired by the time I made it to UPS, she sent it in a pdf immediately. She handled my issue in no time.
Cork wedgie strappie sandals fit perfectly and LOVE them. I am size 5.5, so that is hard for me to find a good shoe fit. I had to return clothing items because they were too big. I am very petite. Unfortunately a smaller size not available, because the bodysuit (tops) were adorable and of excellent quality. Lulu's quickly & efficiently processed my order and my return. Excellent experience on my first try shopping on Lulu site.
Overall pretty good experience. The only issue was that free returns were advertised, yet I was charged a return fee when my returns were processed. That is misleading.

Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!

While Lulus did initiate an investigation with the shipping company regarding your package's delivery, the shipping company did not honor the investigation. We did want to make sure this is addressed for you, so a member of our team contacted you via phone and email on 5/23/19 to provide assistance.
We issued a full refund for the order's cost to your original payment method on 5/23/19. Depending on your bank's processing times it could take 3-5 business days for the funds to post back to your account from that date, however you should see them reflected on your bank statement. As a gesture of apology, we've also sent you a discount to help with a future order. If there is anything further that we can help with, please don't hesitate to contact us.
