I had an exchange I wanted to do but needed a quick turn around. The customer service was quick and easy….they responded promptly and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend Lucy in the Sky to others.
There were some complications with my order but the costumer service of Lucy in the sky made all the experience not stressful at all and I was able to get everything fixed in less than 30 minutes because of their time of response. Definetely will be buying more clothes from them.
I never write negative reviews however I feel like I need to so that no one purchases from lucy in the sky. The dresses online look SO cute however they do not look the same in person. Not only is the sizing incredibly wrong, but it literally feels like you are wearing a halloween costume. I ordered 4 dresses and a bathing suit. 3 of my dresses came in however my 4th one and the bathing suit has not. All 3 dresses that came in are absolutely horrendous. I purchased these for my bachelorette trip only to be left in tears because of how horrible they are & because they refuse to refund me my money back to original payment. If its store credit only this should be outlined AS you are checking out in PLAIN sight but its hidden in their terms and conditions - which no one goes out of their way to look at as most companies online don't obligate their customers to pay for items they are highly dissatisfied with. If all of the items I ordered were horrible I can only imagine that all of their items would be the same. This is an already stressful & expensive time of my life to now feel like I was scammed out of my money is incredibly disappointing.
I ordered a body suit from Aritzia and as I was checking out in plain BOLD sight they tell you it is final sale but when I received my item the sizing was incorrect and I asked if there was any possible way I can exchange for a smaller size despite it being final sale and they not only exchanged it for me but they also paid for priority shipping for me to receive it 2 days later. THAT is good customer service. When I emailed lucy in the sky they said "Apologies for any disappointment. We do outline our return policy at lucyinthesky.com/shop/help" and that I can return for store credit. If they cared about their customers they would give you a refund and not force you to dispute with your bank. Do yourself a favor and never purchase from lucy in sky unless you want to be obligated to pay for items you are extremely unhappy with.
The dress I bought from Lucy in the sky was super pretty. I loved it so so much it was shiny cute and comfortable

I would rate this company higher if they had a better return policy. They only give store credit and will not refund your credit card. That is very disappointing to me and I see no reason why they can't do so.

I have two HS girls and it's always a challenge to find the right dresses. We have had to find what fits our style best and they both tend to find looks at Lucy. It's easy to order. The chat support is fantastic! Elizabeth R was awesome - helped quickly, handled my questions with clarity and I got exactly what I needed. I'm sure I will need more dresses (when do teens not need dresses) in the next few weeks and I will for sure be back.
