When i first walked into the store it was a beautiful layout, everything was very organized and color coded. I was glad to see there were fitting rooms. They were very spacious and the customer service was great. They brought me all the sizes and styles that i requested. I ordered online and picked up the dress in store and pick up was very easy. The dresses are very good quality and cute! Would definitely buy again.

I had ordered a grad dress for my daughter around the 20th of May. The dress was not due to ship until June 19th and her grad was on June 28th. I was a little concerned that it would not arrive on time. I had been in touch with Lucy representatives several times and they were incredibly helpful and tried to do all they could to help. I came to realize that the same dress was now available for an earlier date and for less. So again a representative helped me cancel the first order and resubmit for the same dress that would be shipped a week earlier. This temporarily gave me some relief that maybe it would arrive on time. I waited until the shipping date and checked FedEx tracking all day, still to find that the dress had not been shipped. I then contacted customer service for help when they apologized and told me that because of the high traffic right now, the dresses were actually being made and now this dress would not be shipped until after June 30th. Sadly I had to cancel this dress as it would not be here in time for her graduation. The representative were very apologetic and kind and offered me two choices. 1. To be fully reimbursed to original payment, or 2. Wait for the dress to ship and be given a store credit for $25.
I chose to be reimbursed as waiting for the beautiful white dress to arrive in July would have been too late to wear to graduation. And I did not feel confident at that point that the dress would ever arrive. I will say that my daughter has two Lucy dresses and they are absolutely amazing. If there is one piece of advice I can give is order early and you will not be disappointed. The dresses are incredible and the staff are absolutely wonderful and do all they can to help you.
