The dress never came then after a month. We canceled and they never refunded us the money. I chatted with them several times and they always promised it was in the works. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

When my dress finally did come, it looked like a 4 year old's dance recital dress. Customer service was no help to me, and I did not get any reimbursement from my experience. And NO I DO NOT WANT a gift card to your terrible store, thank you very much.

I ordered a $50 dress from them for my 21st birthday and while the dress fit the material was nothing like the description or picture. Very misleading. The dress was supposed to be satin but it wasn't shiny in the slightest when I got it and it's only gotten duller. It has also been eternally wrinkly for almost a month now despite everything I've tried. I wouldn't recommend, I feel like they mislead you and it's suspicious they don't let you review the products individually on their website. So disappointed since it was such a promising dress in the pictures.
I personally love Lucy in the Sky, this is the first semi bad encounter i've had with them. My package seemed to be sitting at a ware house for a couple of day's so I decided to contact customer service. I didn't get an answer for a little while, then they had answered me. They apologized immediately and told me how long my package would take and it was a good 3 weeks! Then it said that my package shipped a few hours after I had texted them. So it was good until shipping complications happened.
Spent $50 on a dress that came in the mail smelling like intense body odor and sweaty armpits. I emailed their customer service and was told they'd give me $25 credit for their store. I don't want to buy more used smelly clothing. I would've settled for a 5-10$ refund to cover my dry cleaning bill. I have no time to return it so I had to have it cleaned. Anyway, don't buy from here, they send sweaty dresses out and then customer service refuses to help without trying to get more money out of you.

I have ordered 2 dresses at the beginning of april and it is now mid may. I live in europe but it still should not be taken that long. The second dress has arrived in BRAZIL today. Literally after a month it just went to Brazil which is a complete detour. The other dress is hopefully going to arrive soon. I also have no idea why the 2 dresses are coming separately. I will write another review once I receive the clothes. But for anyone in Europe looking to buy there, perhaps try another shop.
