I ordered the Kayden Dress in black. It was nothing like the picture. Completely different material than pictured. The dress is also incredibly thin and doesn't have much structure. Not to mention that the slip underneath hardly covers anything. It is the size of a T-shirt. Meanwhile, the mesh on-top comes is super long and looks incredibly awkward. I wish they were more transparent with the type of quality on their website. It is a no for me.
I ordered the Neia Ruffle Dress in Shimmer Blue Chiffon for the graduation pictures, and 4 days before the photos I looked at the dress to make sure it was OK. I could not even get the zipper down on the dress to try it on. It worked initially when I unpackaged it and in the 2 weeks it was sitting in my closet, the cheap zipper broke. Would not recommend if you are looking for good quality. Now I have to pay more money to get a new zipper put on and I don't even know if it will ready in time for my photos.
I ordered two dresses a month ago that never even shipped by the latest day that they were supposed to ARRIVE. I emailed multiple times and didn't receive a reply until a week later when they cancelled my order for me. I never got any notification from them that my dresses would be late or anything. The woman who emailed me back gave no explanation to why my dresses didn't come and only told me that she cancelled my order. Horrible company and horrible customer service.
If I could give them a zero. I would. How disappointing. I wanted to love the store so much, but the lack of customer service was appalling. I bought a dress in the beginning of April for my birthday. (the end of April.) ig said it was gonna take 3 weeks to be shipped to me, but I took the chance because the reviews seems great and I trusted it. I received an email saying it was shipped 2 days after and I waited. I know then the deadline came and no dress. I emailed them, and nothing. I wrote them on IG and nothing... I texted them and nothing. They finally got back to me and said "yes there's definitely something wrong here, here are your options" didn't provide an explanation as to why or what happened. Now I'm left 3 days before my birthday with no dress and I'm frantic. No response again today. And yea. I also noticed another girl posted a comment on their IG having the same problem as me... and her comment got deleted. They delete comments they don't like which is bad business practice to me I never want to shop here. I understand I'm only 1 person and it won't effect them, but I'm letting y'all know out there that want to give them a chance that this happened to me.
Ordered a dress a month in advance they said it would ship from the 10th-21st its the 25th and I have received no update, not even a confirmation of shipping. I am not going to have a dress for my prom, awful experience.
The dress I ordered for my daughter's 16th birthday did not arrive. I was charged, but never received an email verification or tracking. Fortunately, I created an account so that I could access my order number. There is no phone number, so I emailed customer service. They are very slow to respond and I keep getting automated emails that I need to include my order number (even thought it's in the subject line, email message, and I attached a picture of it). Since my event has passed, I am not trying to cancel the order (with no luck). Do not purchase a dress here. They are not reliable.

I am 5'8, size L, US 10/12 typically. I ordered a size L dress and paid $25 extra to have it overnighted for an event the same week. Quick shipping was the only plus. I always wear a size L, or maybe and XL if things run particularly small, but 2 people had to pull this dress onto me and off of me because there was no zipper! Another size L friend tried it on as well, and same thing- had a team to pull it on and off, it fit like a sausage casing and you have to choose if you want to cover your top half or bottom half. We had our 5'5, size XS/S, US 2 friend try it on and it fit perfectly. They say their size S is generally the equivalent of a US 2, but I am baffled at how exclusive this sizing is. This could have been avoided if they allowed customer reviews on their website.
I stumbled across Lucy In The Sky via instagram and fell in love with their ruffle dresses. I don't usually like buying from stores that do store credit only for returns (hence the 4 stars), but I decided to risk it because they have such a wide selection of beautiful dresses, so I knew I had other options if I didn't like the clothes I got. I bought one dress in 2 colors and a couple more dresses. The first thing I have to mention is that they all are high quality, and it's clear they've put a lot of effort into making these. Unfortunately the maxi dress fit me a little weird and was too long so I'll be returning it, but the other mini ruffle dresses fit perfectly, even though I have an hourglass figure. The sizing seems limited for now, but they are good about telling you that their sizing runs small, which is why instead of ordering my usual S, I ordered all of my dresses in M. For bigger busts that need support, you'll need to improvise with wearing a bra, as a lot of these dresses are revealing in ways that make it hard to wear a bra underneath, but if you like the style, I think it's worth it. Haven't returned my dress yet, but hopefully it'll be a swift and painful exchange with some other dress!

DO NOT SHOP HERE, if you want to return anything it is only refunded with store credit. They do not make this clear when ordering but only when you look after receiving the order.
-lucy in the sky- I bought the dress as mentioned in the title of my review (Aida Puff Sleeve Chiffon Maxi in Black Dots). The information given on the website says the models are 5"9 and are all wearing smalls. I also looked at the size guide, which recommended a size small for my measurements. My bust is 31 inches(fullest part), waist is 25 inches(narrowest part of waist), hips 36 inches(widest part). Well I bought an XS. It fits perfectly everything is fitted, like a glove, not too loose not too tight. Now my hip measurement also includes my butt. People consider me to be slim thick. This dress comes with an attached short type thing that is more so an underwear type shape. The dress itself isn't stretchy, the shorts part is but this part was too small for me because of my butt. It diggs into my cheeks leaving that indention look instead of seamless. I'm 5"7 and the dress touches the floor about half an inch maybe less.
I love buying dresses from this store because they never disappoint and the quality is amazing as well. I enjoyed the details of the dress and how it fits on me.

My original purchase was good but after I returned it they didn't give me my store credit. I had to ask, email, and eventually live chat them to get the credit for my dresses. Otherwise, great shipping and gorgeous dresses.

Lots of unique options and super quick shipping. I purchased a dress for new years and it came within two days.
Horrible horrible horrible. Product looked nothing like the photo, fit even worse I ordered two so I could make sure to get the right size neither of the sizes worked they were horrible. When I went to go return all I saw was free returns I did not look further which I guess is my fault but really $#*!ty when I went to go send the dresses back and I spent $120 and they emailed me saying all I can get is store credit. Highly recommend not shopping here.
