Please don't waste your time & money. Horrible customer service, been waiting weeks for my dress to come in and they still haven't given me a shipping confirmation although i've emailed multiple times.
I placed an order and immediately canceled because my daughter found another prom dress on a different site. Nothing had been shipped and I was told the order was canceled; I received an email (the only way I could find to contact this company) letting me know that I would receive my refund of $120 in about 10 business days. Not only did I not get my money back—the orders eventually shipped and now they will not respond to my inquiries about resolving this issue.
I have a prom coming up and they had my dream dress, however it was susposed to arrive days ago and I haven't even gotten a tracking number! They do not have a number to call only a email and they take a very long time to email you back and I haven't gotten a email about where my dress is and why it isn't here! I'm furious no one is contacting me and I have no time to order a new dress for my prom.
I ordered a dress one month before my prom. My prom was on May 8th and the latest delivery date was May 5th. When I emailed them on April 28th, I told the lady I was worried it was going to come late since it hadn't shipped yet. She basically told me not my problem. A few days after, Monday, May 3rd, I emailed them again and the next day I got a useful reply and my order shipped. But my dress never got here on time. It is May 9th and I still don't have my dress. NOT TO MENTION, my friend ordered hers two weeks before prom and her dress arrived May 7th. IM PISSED
We ordered according to the size chart but was a bit small so ordered up. The dresses were made of different fabric, but we liked them both. Cute selection and shipping was fast. Can only return for credit within 10 days, so hopefully our exchange gets there before the time limit is up.
Please take my advice and do not order from here. Customer service is so slow and takes forever to get a simple issue resolved. They only email and there is at least 2-3 days in between each email so you are emailing back and forth for a week. Dresses run tiny and no returns. You get a store credit that expires in 6 months which is ridiculous considering its your own money and its expiring.
Ordered a graduation dress from Lucy in the sky giving it more than enough time to arrive by my graduation date (ordered more than a month before). I didn't receive any updated information until I reached out to customer services after not receiving my dress within their estimated delivery dates. Which they took forever to reply to as well. The original email stated that I would receive my dress in 1-2 weeks time which would have been last week. Which now they are saying I have to wait another 3 weeks. Almost 2 months after originally ordering. Now I don't have a graduation dress or time to order a new one. Hoping to find something in stores.

Bought two different dresses to surprise my girlfriend. They shipped quickly and she loved them both! I had a few questions before buying and customer service was great at getting back to me.
The dress was truly beautiful and well made! It looked exactly like the pictures and was what I was expecting, yet I am 5'4 and around 120 lbs and could not get the small above my waist. I'd recommend sizing up!
The clothing is cute but it's like they only cater towards one body type. Also whenever I ask about how long it usually takes them to restock, they always avoid the question and answer something that's not even related. It'd be nice if they focused on restocks instead of just churning out more and more clothes that it seems they never restock..
I ordered from Lucy in the Sky two times now. Both times, the dresses shipped AFTER the date they were expected to arrive. It's now been two months and I'm still waiting on two dresses. When I emailed customer service, they asked for my Order ID and then never responded again when I emailed them back. It sucks that their shipping and customer service sucks since I like their dress and quality. I suggest shopping at HELLO MOLLY or PRETTYLITTLETHING since they have similar dresses and actually ship in a decent amount of time.
This company has a great selection of dresses but they are only good if they actually get shipped! They have horrible customer service that takes forever to answer. If you try to comment on their social media they simply delete it and dont even reach out to help you. They come off as an amazing company online be careful
While Lucy in the Sky offers really cute clothing, the customer service and its policies are ridiculous. I placed an order of five dresses, and it's taken well over a month for all of them to arrive, even when the shipping date was said to be much earlier. Also, the sizing is so inconsistent and doesn't really seem to follow the size chart they have on their site. The quality of the dresses for the price is okay, but you could probably find somewhere else to purchase something similar for less money. Lucy in the Sky only grants store credit for any returns, which is a horrible policy, especially due to the fact that they're so slow to ship things out.
Orded two dresses from this company April 4th. On april 24th ONE dress arrives 20 days later... It ships from LA and I live in Orangw County no excuse for this. It is now May 5 and the second dress has not arrived 4 WEEKS later. Customer service is awful and unhelpful, filed for a refund, returning first dress as it looks cheap too.
This is a great company with a good variety of small petite sizes that my daughter can wear. My only complaint is when you put an item in your cart it gives you an estimated shipping date and it can be is way off from when the dress/item actually will arrive. Immediately after you check out the date changes occasionally to a date much further out. I would rather the company give the estimate after I put my zip code in and finish checking out instead changing the date after I check out.
The dress I received was very short. I bought it for my friends birthday and will be returning it. The website didn't show but the fabric has some sort of pattern on it. It also lacks quality.
AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 7 playsuits over 4 weeks ago and the order still hasn't even been PROCESSED! The support were snooty and basically told me too bad and it will get processed when it gets processed. They offered no explanation as to why it was taking so long and no empathy or understanding for my frustration. I asked for a refund after waiting a whole month for it to even be processed and they told me it would take about 15 business days for the money to be returned to my bank account. So in total I will have wasted almost 6 week on an order I didn't even end up receiving. Huge waste of time and pain dealing with this "company".
It fitted so nice and great fabric for price. I was pleasantly surprised it really looks great at the formal I went to.
