I ordered a dress in April and was notified today 5/21 that it is experiencing delays so "their error" but they went ahead and canceled my order. They gave me a $25 credit to order something else because it was their fault that the shipping times they gave me they could not stand by. So, my daughter has a dance in less than 2 weeks, NO DRESS and none of their dresses will arrive in time. They kind of told me "oh well". No phone number. I had to reach out via email several times and all I got in return was sorry cant really help you. Im frustrated and find them extremely unprofessional and incompetent.

I saw a girl on TikTok wearing one of these dresses, and I thought it was so cute that I had to get one too, and I am HORRIBLY shocked by the quality and sizing. First, the dress is WAY too short (and I'm only 5'3"), made of super scratchy material that feels low quality, and seems to be intended for very thin people. The impression I get is that this brand is targeted towards very young/teenage girls.
My biggest complaint is the ZIPPER. It keep getting stuck, there is no hook at the top to help slide the zipper, and it does not budge once it's stuck. As I'm typing this I'm currently stuck in the dress because the zipper simply will not move (I've even tried just ripping the dress at this point). It is not a sizing problem since there is still plenty of room. I will never be wearing or ordering from here again. It's no wonder that they do not allow customer reviews on the site itself.
They scammed me of $83.70. I ordered two dresses on April 4. Both had an estimated delivery of April 15-18. I emailed Lucy in the Sky a total of 5 times and they did nothing about it aside from empty apologies. Today, I have nothing. There was a commencement picture day (May 19) that I had to miss as a result of not having a dress in time. They also promised to refund me and give me store credit three weeks ago (April 27), but I still have not received it (May 20). This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had to endure.
The worst online store for returns and delivery timeframes. When I made attempts to return items for store credit in my account it says I have no order history, so I am unable to print a return ship label. I reached out to Customer Service which is by email and get generic emails back (see attachment). They will NOT refund your money only store credit and items that are delayed which they say you will get full refund I still am not getting any response from Customer Service.
I sent an email to NOT send the delayed items, they continue to send them to me. I am stuck with over $300 of items I can not return or get my money back and its within the 14 days. I am so upset. Buyer BEWARE. I plan on reporting them to the BBB.
I ordered two dresses for my graduation two weeks ago and my order hasn't even shipped. I'm very irritated and their customer service sucks. Their prices are way too much especially for my order to not have even been shipped. I don't recommend buying for this place.

I ordered a medium but it was definitely on the smaller side. The dress was cute, just did not fit. It was also extremely short. Looking at the dress on the model it looked short, but I am 5'1 and I did not think it would be an issue. On their website it mentioned emergency return/exchange if you need a dress by a certain date, but they just refunded my account so I won't be able to order a new dress in time. Overall, not a horrible experience. I recommend sizing up and ordering in advance from an event so you aren't stuck with store credit you can't use.

After many emails back and forth and being told twice that my order would be delivered today, the company emailed me saying they won't be shipping it until the 28th, almost 2 months after my initial order date. Now I am left with nothing to wear for graduation.
Arrived right on time like they said they would and the quality was very nice I loved the dress on how it came out.
I have bought a total of 6 dresses from Lucy in the Sky, all have been great quality and their shipping is very quick. If you need a cute, quality dress that isn't going to be super expensive then I highly recommend buying from them!
I ordered a dress a month ago, and it said it would arrive 2 weeks later. Since, I ordered a month earlier I thought it would be enough leeway for it to go a little bit past the two week mark they initially said it was going to arrive. Instead, they tell me they don't have the dress on hand, and I have to wait. So that would make it a month for it to arrive. I live within a few hours of LA, so I did not expect such delay. They might have cute dresses, but their commitment to actually delivering their dresses on time for your special occasion is not there. Just be careful!
I ordered my dresses over a month in advance and they did not come, I was waiting and waiting for a tracking number and never got one I emailed, texted, dmed, and still nothing. I finally got a reply saying they would ship the 14th, they did not, I emailed and texted again with no reply, finally, I got a reply and they now said the dress wouldn't be shipped out until the 31st, do not trust here. It is now, days before prom and I am dressless. You can not even return the dresses for money back, you only get store credit.
I live in Nevada and I ordered a dress for my daughter last year. It didn't fit right so we returned it. They wouldn't refund my money but they offered me store credit. I didn't want it but I had no other choice. This year I decided to use the store credit for a dress for my daughter's prom. We picked one out in April. It said it would be here April 28. It is now May 17, the prom has come and gone, we had to rush to the store to get another dress, and I see that Lucy in the Sky dress is finally arriving tomorrow. We are one state away. This is ridiculous and I don't know what to do with this dress. Send it back for more store credit? I'm very very disappointed with this company and will never buy again.
The website is cute but sometimes the set up can be a little distracting and hard to work around. I used a phone and it was kinda hard.

So one of my store credit didn't work. I contacted customer service and they said place a order and they will give it back to my original account. I had returned another order and over 2 weeks they still haven't placed a store credit in my account. So i decided to place a order instead andthen contact them to credit back to my original account for the order i made. Instead i get store credit. Like trying to get my money back for a order i placed is difficult. Like i just want to place my order use my credit before it expires and on top of that free shipping is over $75. Like i just want my money back is that difficult.
Update the associate that gave me my refund only gave me partial refund. I had a totaly of $80 store credit and they only gave me partial of it and didnt give me the full refund. I will never spend my money here again i want my money back seriously. Store credit only. Sure i tried to apply the stinking store credit to my order but the damn code doesnt work. I want my money back!
