I have ordered 2 dresses from Lucy in the Sky, one was in 2019 for my high school homecoming, and I ordered it two months in advance and it still did not come on time. But their dresses are really pretty, so I ordered another one for a wedding this June. This time I ordered it 3 months in advance, so that I could be sure it would arrive on time. Well it did not, and I had contacted their customer support multiple times and they give me a different answer each time. They gave me guaranteed dates it would ship by, and when it was still not delivered, I had to contact them again. They suggested to cancel my order and give me $25 store credit, which I did not accept because I will never buy from them again. So I told them I do not want to cancel, I just want a tracking number or some sort of information about when it will be delivered. They responded and said it was on back order until June 30th if I wanted to wait. But then, I recieved an email that the dress had shipped. So the customer support has no idea what they are even talking about and they don't care to help at all. Lucy in the Sky is unprofessional, unreliable, and I will never recommend them to anyone.
I first bought a prom dress from there a month before my actual prom. I even followed up and contacted customer service to make sure it was going to get there in time. They said that it was confirmed to get there... Then, 2 days before my prom, I followed up again as I saw that it wasn't even shipped yet. The person I contacted said that the dress was back stocked, meaning I wouldn't be able to get it. Such a horrible experience, would not recommend trusting their delivery dates. They gave me store credit so I wanted to buy some earings. However, I ordered 2 earings and they delivered fast, but when I opened the package, one of the earings was not the right one I ordered. Lucy in the Sky is so unreliable, so unhelpful, and just downright disrespectful with their customers' time and money. 0/10 Would not recommend.
I purchased my twin daughter's graduation dresses from this online store. Four weeks after ordering, the dresses still did not arrive. When I attempted to contact the company, they responded with a canned response that I should read their shipping policy. There was no human element. After contacting them multiple times, someone with the name "Pasha" responded that they will only provide store credit should I choose to cancel my order. I did report them to the Better Business Bureau. Please do no buy from this place. It is a scam.

I have ordered from this store many times. The last few times have been dreadful. Dresses don't arrive, it's very hard to contact them and it takes months to get refunds when they don't deliver dresses.

I ordered from them before two dresses, 1 dress came in the wrong size, and the other dress was a completely different dress that I didn't order but just decided to not hassle them and keep.
Recently ordered two dresses again, by the third month after paying and going back and forth with their customer service about when I'd receive them, I decided to just cancel my order and get a refund. The thing is I'm super understanding when it comes to issues with shipping and they said they'd been busy and that's why I hadn't received my order but at the 3 month mark. You kinda just run out of excuses for a business, at some point you should look into it completely and see why an order that's been paid for hasn't been sent to your customer. So though I'm a bit bummed, it's fine, I just won't be ordering from them again since it's been issues both times. This isn't to slam their business, bc my first time ordering from them, I did receive my dresses even though one dress wasn't the right dress, but this is more so because I'm kinda surprised at how many issues and excuses I keep receiving. They had no issues receiving my payment for the dresses but have had many issues shipping their dresses... lmao. So just a light warning for anyone out there ordering, not my favorite experience.
I ordered a dress back in April, a month in advance from my graduation ceremony. I made sure the expected delivery date worked for me before purchasing as well. After asking about my shipping status multiple times, I was told it was arriving late and they proceed to tell me they wanted to cancel my order. Given that my graduation ceremony was days away, I said that was fine and asked for a refund since I wouldn't be needing the dress. The next day out or curiosity I asked them on Instagram why my order was canceled and they literally took the time to screenshot my entire conversation with them on Instagram and send it back to me and said, "you're the one who asked for a refund". Which was of course wrong. I only asked for a refund AFTER they recommended me to cancel it. Long story short, they were very rude on Instagram and seemed like they just wanted to continue arguing with me. No professionalism whatsoever.
Also if you go on their Instagram and look at their comments, they delete comments where customers who are concerned are asking about their orders/refund etc. Super sketchy if you ask me. Will never buy from them again.
I never received an item and was told that they could only refund through store credit. As someone who never received the purchase to begin with, I don't want to, or even trust to, purchase any other items from this company. I definitely don't recommend and will never be purchasing from Lucy in the Sky again. If anything, this company seems more like a scam than a business.
Ordered a dress and after 50 days of delaying the shipping, they ended up cancelling it (without me asking) and said I would get my money back?
If you're going to order something from here, make sure to order it 2 months in advance to the event. Ordered a dress a month ago. I was told it would be here by May 25th and then when I NEVER received an email with a tracking number or an email saying it was delayed, I emailed customer service and they told me it would be another 2 weeks until it was shipped. It still isn't here and I had to end up buying another dress for my graduation. Not to mention, customer service was extremely unhelpful and never returned my follow-up email. I will never shop here again and I would never recommend it to someone else.
I ordered a dress on April 22, the estimated arrival date was 2 days later (the 24). Not only did it not come then, I received no update as to why it was late. I contacted customer service and it sends the same dumb automated response every time, so no one was actually helping me. I sent at least 7 messages before someone helped me. They said my dress would be in by May 14 and it never came. So it actually didn't end up coming until June 2, over a month after purchasing and a week after I needed it come for my graduation. Do not purchase from this store! And besides the fact the dress is so short (im 5'8) that my butt is not even covered I mean u can literally see it when I stand straight up. Don't be fooled by their cute items this company effing sucks and ur a fool to think otherwise.
I have been really impressed by the caliber of the customer service! There was an error when I cancelled my order and it ended up still shipping to me, and when I reached out to customer service they were very prompt and accommodating and gave me a return label and a refund. I ordered and received another dress and loved the fit and it was great quality! I will definitely return to shop here in the future.
I'd ordered a $90 mini dress nearly 3 weeks ago and it still hasnt arrived. Meanwhile, it says that the company is based in LA. I live in San Diego. If they were really based in LA, the package would have been here in 2 days. I've tried emailing, calling, and contacting them on Instagram with no response.

Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The reps copy and paste generic statements to your emails and don't actually solve any issues. They don't offer refunds, only store credits and when you use the store credit to buy something you have to pay for shipping and the item never arrives. I had to do a charge back from my credit card company to get my refund back.
Dress was delayed without notice and I needed it for a ceremony. SUPER disorganized and all over the place. Customer service kept switching between different people and my question was disregarded. If you're in need of a dress do not order here unless you're willing to wait a month+
Bought a black cutout dress under prom dresses in their menu and the quality is super poor. There is a flap of fabric considered a ‘cutout' that just sits and is super unflattering. Shipped a week later than it was supposed to.
My delivery window was 2-3 weeks after my order had been placed. At 3 weeks I emailed them because they never sent me a shipping confirmation, but they said to just wait and see when it will ship. Now it's been a month since I placed my order, customer service is taking a while to reach back after I sent them a second message, my birthday is next week and my dress hasn't shipped :(
