I had ordered my dress early Sept. I received one of them, this one being too big. And another in a Medium. After the fact They only sent me one dress, I emailed them about my second one. They then sent me ANOTHER LARGE instead of my medium. I've emailed them countless amount of times and have yet received a response about IF im even gonna get the other dress I paid for. Will absolutely never order from here again.

You either have to be put in a que in live chat with at least 100 people ahead of you or wait 48 hours for someone to respond to your email. I emailed on 9/16... noone has contacted me.
I ordered a dress for my daughter. I ordered the dress 8 weeks before the dance. The date the dress was suppose to arrive was September 14-23. It is now the 23rd and we don't have a dress. I have emailed several times. I have texted the company, no response. I tried to live chat and it didn't work. So now my daughter doesn't have a dress for the dance. This is unacceptable! I can't believe there isn't a phone number that I can call to find out where the dress is and why I haven't received it. I don't have a tracking number, nothing. I will never order from this company again. I just want my dress!
Beware buying from them. Daughter needed dress for Home Coming. 3 weeks later, still not shipped, but they charged us for the dress. When I contacted to cancel the order and get a refund, they refuse, They say we can't do anything until "the delivery window" passes. When I asked what this is, they wouldn't reply. Also, they said we can only get credit and not a refund. Terrible business with even worse communication. Buyer beware... to many other options. Avoid this place for your own sanity.
Their customer service is complete TRASH. They never honor their own policies. Their sizing is never correct and the quality of the garments aren't great either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! We will not order from this company again. Sent a dress back on August 25,2021. Had to reach out to the company for my refund (store credit) and ordered a new dress (different size) on August 31,2021. Even though we received the first dress within days; the second dress has yet to arrive (September 21) and I had to reach out to find out why. I've been offered to buy a different dress due to the dressing, "being made". Over night shipping has been offered; however, no confirmation email could be sent right now - that'll be done in the morning? I am not holding my breath on this and all for an event that we need it for this Saturday...
I'm never one to leave review however I find myself reading a lot of reviews before purchasing an item. If you are planning on buying from Lucy in the Sky please reconsider. I ordered my dresses over a month ago and they still have not arrived. I am emailed from 3 different emails, commented on facebook and instagram, DMd them and yet no response. I have tried to use the live chat feature and every time I was close to the front of the "queue" to speak to someone I was conveniently "logged out." This occurred 3 times. They do not respond to any emails despite my emails being courteous and patient. I understand that with homecoming there are many people ordering however they are awful at communicating and take forever to shop. Please do not order from them.
I needed to make a return for a dress that came in too small and I looked at their website and it looked like a pretty simple process, all I had to do was ship it back and email someone because I needed the new dress relatively soon, but I was very much mistaken. It has been over a week since my first email them and I have received one generic email back and no other responses to my 7 other emails trying to reach out. So I tried to use their chat service on their website and have been waiting over 3 hours to talk to someone because as soon as it gets close towards talking to someone I am kicked off and have to start the process all over again. I didn't take a picture of the dress because it was suffocating when I wore it which is why I decided to exchange for a size two size bigger than I normally wear. The dress was cute but I would never recommend this store to anyone I know just because of the horrendous customer service and the terrible sizing.
I ordered my dresses a month ago and they still have not come in. It is past the delivery date given. I sent them an email and they sent me an automatic response that did not answer my question and they still haven't answered after 3 days.
I accidentally bought two dresses. I emailed right away to cancel one of the orders and they never responded. Then when the dresses came in, they were too short so I need to return both dresses. I did not make an account when I bought the dresses, so therefore I can't go to my purchase order history to print out the shipping labels. Credit code doesnt work... do not order form here. They give fake credit codes that do not work. No customer service is not helpful, sizing is not accurate.

I emailed the company and they were absolutely zero help, and there is no number to call, only text, which is also zero help. I am thoroughly disappointed and definitely won't order again. I took fashion design so I read up on the reviews and verified the materials used in the outfit I ordered for the quality. It arrived and looks exactly as the picture was shown, same color, same make, same material, and fit exactly as I prayed since I'm extremely petite with a 23" waist. I like my clothes to fit tightly and secure with sexy sets. I ordered the Monroe Ruffle skirt set, in baby blue. I haven't worn a skirt since I was 15 and hated them but I feel better about the style.

I actually waited to receive the first outfit because of bad reviews to see how legit the site is…turns out just a bunch of angry customers or user error on address with shipping, things happen I guess and people try to get free stuff I assume. It shipped immediately and arrived in 2 days, even though I did not pay for express shipping.

I ordered 2 of the same dresses for my daughter's to wear together, one an XS and one a S. They were leaving for a flight on Sunday and I was supposed to receive dresses on Sat. I tracked through FedEx and it said delayed, called FedEx and said the shipper sent it late so it was sitting in a facility and didn't make the truck so wouldn't be delivered until Monday. Had them hold the dresses and drove to FedEx facility to pick up the dresses. Got the dresses home and instead of and xs and a s I received an xs and a m so I couldn't use the m as it was too big on my one daughter. I had to run out and search for 2 different matching dresses for my girls to wear. After 4 stores and alot of aggrevation we finally found something that they had to settle for. Contacted customer service and let them know what happened, they made send pictures of the dresses which I did and said would give one refund. I told them I couldn't use either dress because of their error and had to go buy 2 new dresses and I would like to be fed under for both. Asked them to escalate and asked to speak with someone over the phone as the messages and instructions weren't very clear and it was alot of back and forth. I was told via email she was the manager and they would not make an exception. Even though it was their error. I will never use them again and I will review this site every chance I get as I notice they only reply to the reviews that are nice instead of offering resolutions to customers that are unhappy.
My daughter never received notification her dress WOULD NOT come in time. Only discovered because we followed up. Poor business practices.
If i could give this website 0 starts i would. I was told by multiple people on live chat on 2 different days that my order had shipped and will be here in 2-3 days, yet i had not received an email with a tracking number. I decided to give it a few days to update. So i went on live chat today and asked what was up and why i hadn't received an email with a tracking number. The customer service person proceeds to tell me that my order had actually not shipped and they apologize for any inconvenience. So why were their customer service people before telling me that it had shipped when it had not? She told me they will cancel my order due to back order. I had used the search engine to get one of their fast delivery dresses because i needed it fast, and it still wouldn't get here on time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Worst experience i have ever had with a clothing store. I ended up choosing to cancel my order and get a refund.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK TO YOU EVEN IF THE ITEM THAT YOU BOUGHT WAS TRASH. THE DRESS I RECEIVED LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE DRESS IN THE PHOTO. IT WAS ITCHY AND SUPER THIN, DIDNT FIT CORRECTLY, WAS NOT HEMMED OR ANYTHING. HORRIBLE! SO I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY KEPT SENDING ME EMAILS BACK SAYING THAT THEY WOULD NOT AND EVENTUALLY THEY JUST STOPPED RESPONDING ALL TOGETHER.
