So disappointed. I cancelled an order because it would not arrive in time for the event. Was told on 9/20/21 it would take 10 business days to get my credit. With an additional 1-3 days to hit the account. Nothing. Sent 2 messages to the company. No response. Tried the live chat…. 2 hours waiting and nothing. Googled the address, it's a vacant commercial building. No dress. No credit. And I wasn't going to post a review but unfortunately they have not returned any messages since the credit was suppose to arrive, which makes me believe it's not a legit business.
I ordered my homecoming dress on September 16 because my homecoming is on October 16! I was thinking that would be plenty of time but no. They haven't responded to any of my customer service emails and the chats are never available. As far as I know they still haven't shipped my damn dress.
Their shipping on some styles is a bit slow depending on the dress, but customer service addressed my concerns and were very helpful! They even gave me store credit for the inconvenience because the dress came late but it was shipped right away when I expressed my concerns. It came beautifully and is so cute, I LOVE IT! I'm so glad I bought from here and will definitley be a returning customer! Thank you
Customer service is AWFUL. They take days to respond, and often offer no help. One email I received after two weeks of waiting for my dress to ship stated my order had already shipped. It had not. I emailed them back asking for the tracking number. Waited 2-3 days for a one sentence response asking for my order number. If they didn't even know my order, why did the original email tell me my order had shipped? I sent my order number and waited 5 days this time. By then my order had actually shipped, and I didn't need their help anymore. Overall sketchy. I have received my dress and it is nothing special. For the price, if you order enough in advance, I'd say it's worth it. Be aware that your dress will most likely come after the estimated delivery time.
I ordered my dress two weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. There communication sucks and don't even have a phone number. They haven't answered my emails besides one and said "my dress already shipped" which it hasn't considering on the website it says the order status is still "received payment". I'm pissed i have homecoming in 3 weeks and payed $50 for this dress i probably won't even get. Honestly sus i won't get my dress any time soon nor did they give me a tracking number even though it's "shipped". This business is bull$#*!. "1-2 business days of shipping" my $#*!. Seems like they get there $#*! from china and scam people.
Complete scam, they don't let you return anything once you buy unless it's for store credit. They then never ship any orders that you try to buy with store credit. They just took $200 for nothing. Complete scam. No phone number to call. They say there's a Live Chat but there is none. So hard to reach.

I am in love with Lucy in the Sky, I'm more petite and I find that their Small sizes fit me perfectly. The Neia Ruffle Dress is all over instagram and so cute.
I placed my order August 6 and received my package on August 11 (I live in California). The shipping was fast and had no issues. The dresses I ordered are quality and have held up after numerous wears and washes. My only complaint is that Lucy in the Sky does not offer refunds, only store credit.

NOPE, ordered 2 dresses - 1 came in a timely manner but unfortunately didn't fit shipped back immediately it's been more than 10 days still no store credit emailed to me. I'm very frustrated. We ordered 8 dresses and read free returns. No where did we see STORE CREDIT. We are stuck with $400 in store credit that expires in six months. I will NEVER order or recommend anyone ordering from this company. I can't even get a hold of anyone.
I ordered a dress for my daughters homecoming 4 weeks before her actual homecoming. Once it finally shipped it never showed up until weeks after the original dates. I tried getting refund and keep getting the run around, they won't refund and only want to offer in store credit. This shop is being run out of China, NOT Los Angeles. I ordered two dresses on August 26,2021. My first dress arrived but my second one still only says "Payment Received" after 1 month and 3 days (and counting). After emailing customer service twice I'm still getting generic responses that are no help at all.
I ordered the Larissa Puff Sleeve Mesh Dress in Black Shimmer and the fabric/pattern used to make the dress was not even close to the same. The pictures and video on the website clearly show a black dress with a bit of sparkle to it. It is a small amount that shimmers in the light. The sparkles on my dress are like small polka dots that happen to be sparkly. The first picture shows the photo on the website and the other two are what the dress actually looks like.

I have received only two replies back stating they cannot expedite orders but no follow up. No phone number to contact. I have no idea if my orders will ship in time. This is the second dress I've ordered, and it's been over a month. I have emailed three times and not once did they respond. Do not order from them. They do not give you your money back on returns either, store credit is useless.

They are very unprofessional I order my dress August 30 and the dress had a estimated shipping timeframe between September 14- 23.
The dress still didn't arrived so I email them nicely and sent back an automated response which just said that they received my payment and they can't help with shipping. So do not buy from them.
