Buyer Beware

This company will hold onto your $$ once they get it. Returns are only for credit - so even though the quality is poor and the skirt lengths won't cover your butt, they still won't refund your money. AND, your store credit expires in one year.

NO REFUND NOR STORE CREDIT

They sent my $105 dress in a flimsy envelope & failed to follow delivery instructions therefore this happened. I sent this exact email mail & their customer service representatives, Nicole & Pasha told me it a "personal" problem & they won't do anything. I asked them to file a claim w FedEx and they don't even want to do that. They're a terrible company w terrible service. Exact email below

I hope you are all well. I'm emailing you b/c I received my dress today & have some issues. I will call on Monday as well during business hours however this is time sensitive. Firstly, I received the dress Saturday morning not on Monday when it was set to be delivered. The problem w that, my dogs got to it before I could and ruined my dress. This is also on FedEx Bc there is a sign on the gate, that explicitly states to leave ALL packages in the back, they typically always do. The last order I received from you guys they followed instructions and left it in the back. Also this dress is $105 US dollars, it was packaged very poorly. This expensive dress was packaged in a large envelope as if it were a packet of paper and not a dress. Of course it was easily torn up & torn into due to the packaging. It is insane to me that FedEx followed the signs directions and left my bracelets in the back (my bracelets were delivered separately) but today they disregarded that sign and left my EXPENSIVE DRESS that was supposed to arrive MONDAY 3/28 on the front porch. Of course due to the flimsy packaging, the dress hardly stood a chance. I'll attach a video as well. Thank you, please help me, I am distraught as I worked hard to earn the money for this absolutely beautiful dress. Poor dress quality

The quality of the prom dress I ordered was extremely low. The fabric was flimsy and the seams were jagged. They would only give me store credit. And they continue to take advantage of people by having these types of return policies. There are many places that sell prom dresses, I advise people to pick a more reputable place.

Very cheaply made

The outfits are "cute" but extremely cheap. I bought a romper for almost 100 dollars and it came in the mail already fraying. The clothes aren't horrible if you paid what they were actually worth, but overall the clothing is extremely expensive for the lack of quality and comfort.

Misleading sizing & returns policy

I bought the Lucia crotchet dress in an S as I went with the size guide, which stated S is a US 2, the dress came really quick which was great, but didn't fit at all, I've never seen a weirder fitting dress, the chest was absolutely huge, and the measurements on the website are completely wrong too. I then noticed that you only receive store credit which is shocking, and you must allow up to 3 weeks for it to process, which I don't have time for, especially if their sizes are completely off, so here I am, having to pay extra to get this dress altered, which still doesn't fit me with the alterations, don't buy from this site, it's overpriced with wrong sizing and terrible returns, it's only getting 2 stars because the dress came in 2 days

HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Not only are the items overpriced but they are VERY poor quality for what you're paying for. Not to mention if you don't like it or it doesn't fit, the best they can offer you is store credit. I've ordered three different times through them (only because I had store credit from the 1st time I ordered through them) and almost all of my orders have failed to come at the expected delivery date. One item will come in time but then the others arrive extremely late. I had ordered a couple of dresses for Hoco through them, and only one came in time (mind you I ordered them plenty ahead of time so that'd they be here in time). Unfortunately the one dress that actually came within the expected delivery date didn't fit me. The other one I ordered came like a week after my Hoco so it was practically useless. Would never recommend this store to ANYONE.

DO NOT ORDER

I found a beautiful dress from lucy in the sky that I wanted to order for my formal this weekend. I ordered three weeks in advance and my dress still hasn't even shipped yet. I contacted them through their online chat service and they informed me that my dress would not be here for another 2-3 weeks. I was luckily able to cancel my order and am getting my money back within the next week. This website has really beautiful dresses but if you are going to order one, do so within 1-2 months before your event or else you will not receive your dress in time. I was able to find a new one at Windsor but am deeply upset I could not get the dress i truly wanted from this site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a dress on 2/19. Weeks went by and I messaged them. Told me it'll ship out by 3/8. That date passes and it still wasn't shipped. Then they told me it would ship by 3/25. NEVER DID and then they said "looks like there is an issue with this order." I asked for a refund and they said they refunded so hopefully I'll get my money back. Now I'm scrambling for a dress before my Bachelorette party because they kept telling me I'd receive it.

SUCH A SCAM!

I am so angry with this stupid company. I ordered a few dresses to try on with the intention of returning the ones I didn't like. Apparently I didn't read the fine print... they will only give me STORE CREDIT. I emailed the company explaining my misunderstanding and how I would like to return the extra dresses I bought. Mind you, this was only two days after receiving them in the mail. Being that they are completely unworn and still in original packaging, I didn't think this would be a huge issue. Well... the customer service people were EXTREMELY unhelpful and unaccommodating. They are refusing to give me my money back which is literally stealing. No, I don't want your stupid store credit. Their clothes and dresses are cheap material and very uncomfortable. Not to mention, I have ordered from them in the past and they took so long to send it the clothes came AFTER the event I really needed it for. I should have learned my lesson the first time. I could not be more disappointed with this company. There are HUNDREDS of better places to order clothes and dresses from. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Buyer beware when ordering! Nothing is returnable! Yep, read the small print. My daughter ordered several prom dresses to try on. I returned the ones that didn't fit. Thought the money was going back on my credit card. NOPE! We get a $212.04 store credit. I'm so MAD! They know full well that ordering online you need to order a few sizes and styles to see which one fits. If you can't return them, you are basically wasting your money. Which I just did! Furious to say the least. Terrible business practice! Shop elsewhere!

Get my daughters new dress in time. I was hoping they could use store credit for my second purchase of $71. I realized I would still have to have store credit for one of the two dresses. They refused to reimburse me for one dress. So now I have $142 in store credit for a store I don't need anything from. Plus the sizing is way off and quality is not good. My daughter ordered a dress for prom, it arrived very quickly and was beautiful but way too long for her. They had great customer service on the online chat and provided a return label. However, they will NOT refund my bank card it is just store credit, which makes it extremely difficult now we are locked into just their company to find another dress. I think this is very bad form!

Scammers

This is the worst experience I have had with any company. I somehow managed to get a "refund" - we will see if it actually comes through to my bank account, I doubt it will. They blatantly lie about the delivery timeframe. They do not update you about your order status, for example, it being SIGNIFICANTLY delayed. I am baffled by their lack of customer service. If you order from this store for a specific event, you better order at least a YEAR in advance -- and even then that might not be enough time to receive your order. Thanks for ruining my 4 year sorority formal *******@LUCYINTHESKY. I now cannot attend my LAST formal because I do not have a long formal dress to wear due to your utter incompetence. Their return policy is very misleading! The policy clearly states they will give a store credit if an item doesn't fit, however it DOES NOT state no refunds. They hold your money hostage so you buy something else! Their customer service wouldn't give a refund even after I pointed this out! Take your shopping elsewhere that doesn't do this!

They will not issue your return in the original form of payment. So if you buy multiple sizes to try, you are stuck with the dresses, or with spending that amount of money at the site. My daughter got caught by this sketchy policy, and we are now stuck with hundreds of dollars into this site. Lesson learned. Once this credit is used, I will never buy anything from the site again.
