I ordered these 4 dresses thinking they'd be nice and I was wrong. Poor quality and can only return for store credit. Such a joke and such a waste of money. Do not order from here unless you want to throw your money down the drain :)

I ordered 4 dresses for my daughter to try on for a Bar Mitzvah. I also ordered from Lulu's. I was planning to return what did not fit her. I unfortunately did not clearly read the return policy which is my fault…. But I am very disappointed that I can only get a store credit that expires, As I will not shopping here anymore!
Lulu's has a great return policy. It is very hard for a 12 year old to know the fit by reading reviews online…
Buyer beware! No phone number to call when they cancel your order and keep promising a refund, then 15 days goes by and you have to dispute with your bank! Also beware of their return policy. No returns unless their mistake or you get store credit for another crappy item. I would give negative it I could!
We got screwed all over the place. Any positive reviews of this company have been bought or the people got really lucky. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL! That tells you something. Also, their return policy is a joke. Only in store credit. We returned a dress and they never gave us our in store credit. Their dresses are skimpy and trashy. They do not have anything appropriate for teenage girls although the teenage girls would say otherwise. It is a shame! Do not order from here. If you have a problem, you email and wait a week. How are they even still in business? They are so awful!
They only offer store credit on returns. It doesn't even matter that my dress is NOTHING like the advertised photo or description. Total scam.
My daughter ordered a dress for her first dance. The dress came in late and was wrong dress and wrong color. After multiple emails and proof of everything sent. Apparently picture of dress and order number wasn't enough. I sent pictures of package and sure enough package name has correct order but contents were WRONG. They had four days to correct issue. They told me if I sent the other dress back they would then send me dress and it would arrive evening of dance AFTER the dance started and was almost over WOW. It could have been sent overnight due to their error and gotten to her in plenty time.
My daughter has been telling everyone about this dress and now she has to wear something from home. Way to ruin a young girls first dance.
I will NEVER use this company again And will ensure all my friends never use it either.
Beautiful dresses. Worst customer service. I had already bought from this brand before and I totally forgot about it since it took so long to arrive. (This was before Covid). Then 2021, I decided to buy my birthday dress. They said it would take 10 business days but due to Covid, it could take another 2 weeks. (When they say due to Covid its bs because cargo plains and boats come in and out all the time). My birthday passed no dress. 3 weeks after my birthday... no dress. I complain and they told me that I could 1. Keep waiting for my dress and they will give me a $23 coupon for my next order, or 2. Get a refund. I said I would like to wait for the dress and hope it comes before Christmas(This was in September). Then they gave me a refund. I tried putting things on a side and tried ordering my NY's dress in November. I demanded my $23 coupon since I wanted to keep my order but apparently, my clear words saying "I want to keep waiting for the dress" weren't clear enough. They didn't take responsibility for their mistake and didn't give me anything, not even an apology. And again my new order should have taken 10 business days plus maybe extra 2 weeks and here I am again with no dress past the time period they've given.
I had to return my items since the sizing was really inaccurate. I sent my clothes back months ago and have sent countless emails but I have heard nothing. They've literally taken my money and my order and ran. I am never going to shop here again!
Save your time and money and buy somewhere else. I bought 3 dresses for my daughter for Homecoming. Dresses arrived 4 weeks later and too late for homecoming. I called to cancel but couldn't do that. Cancel as soon as dresses arrived and they didn't want to give a refund only store credit. After going back and forth they agree to partial refund but I haven't seen it yet. We ordered a top with the store credit, just to use it and never come back to this store again but I haven't received that either. This started in October and 2 months later I still have nothing. I also know a couple of my daughter's friends with similar situations... hard to believe they can get away with this!
Dress was overpriced for what I received. Plus the return policy was only 14 days which seems unfair especially around this time of year.
I had ordered from Lucy in the Sky before (2019) and was pretty pleased with that purchase. My first dress was decent quality and fit me perfectly (ordered an XS). However this year, I had made a hopeful purchase of 3 dresses in all size SMALL (totaling around $200). (For reference, I am 19,120lbs, and 5ft 3in). When they arrived, i was so excited but very quickly disappointed as NONE of them fit. Two of them were so tight and small, I couldn't even fit them on all the way. The one that was able to get on my body fully, came up just below my butt. If I walked, I would be flashing everybody. It was so incredibly short! Literally the back of my butt was peaking out. I contacted costumer service, and they were absolutely horrible and would only let me return ONE of the THREE dresses due to the inconvenience for them. After this, I will *******% NOT be shopping here again. You'd have so much better luck and prices at a place like Windsor.
The quality of this clothing is very poor. My daughter's formal dress zipper broke the night of the dance. It was so over priced for the quality we received. I had read poor reviews but went against my gut.
You guys are scammers. I will NEVER order from you again. I had a coupon that did not apply and you promised to issue a credit for the coupon, never did. I also feel that you definitely would not have given me my money back for the dresses that you never told me you weren't shipping unless I questioned you. I still do not have the money back for the two dresses you never shipped after 8 weeks. I will continue to pursue this if you do not issue the refund as promised. You have lost a customer and I will never order from you again.
Incredibly scammy and misleading. Purchased a dress that ended up not fitting well, went to return only to learn that they only offer store credit refunds. I am now out $50 with my only option being to choose another ill-fitting, cheap piece of garbage. These companies are a dime a dozen, you can 100% find another that actually values customer service.
I ordered a dress for homecoming a month and a half in advance expecting it to come in 2 weeks like the website stated but did not come in till 2 weeks after the dance. I emailed them and they said they have not shipped my dress while it has already been 3 weeks. They gave false information about shipping times and expected delivery.
BEWARE YOU CAN NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM. MY DAUGHTER ORDERED 4 DRESSES BECAUSE WE WERE NOT SURE WHICH ONE WOULD FIT. I actually would like to give this company 0 stars. My daughter ordered a dress for her homecoming dance on 10/29 and today is 12/01 and she hasn't received it. Communicating with them is impossible. They charged my card the day of the purchase, but my daughter never got her dress, and speaking with someone is mission impossible.
If you would like to ACTUALLY recieve your dress within a month, DO NOT ORDER HERE. I know several people who have been victimized by this company and have not receieved their dresses for special events. The company clearly lacks any sense of care because they employ a no refund policy. They KNOW they will not ship your dress on time, the least they can offer is a refund. The dresses themselves are fine, most run very small and short, but the quality is good. This would be a wonderful company if they could simply do their jobs and deliever people's items that they purchased.
Ordered a dress I needed for a school formal dance a month and a bit ago that said it would be shipped a day after I placed my order. Now they say it will be shipped almost two months after my order. I cannot go to my dance anymore. Didn't even give any notice that it would be late either.
I preferred a dress about 3 weeks ago, I got an email that told me that my dress would be at my house on Friday, well Friday comes and my dress is not there, I look at the shipping and my dress hasn't even been shipped, I emailed them on that Friday and I got no response until Sunday, this company told me it would be shipped on Monday, today is Tuesday and it hasn't even been shipped. Worst place ever, this company can't even get dresses out on time. Never purchasing here again, wouldn't recommend ordering a dress here when you need it by a certain time
