I bought a dress online. There was an issue with the address. City was listed twice. Fedex wouldn't deliver bc of this. Lucy in the Sky doesn't keep track of anything once they ship, they expect customers to deal with any issues that arise from items THEY ship. So fedex returned to shipper. Contacted Lucy in the Sky, they could care less. They offered me a refund…in 14 days. Never ordering from this company.
Their return policy is truly awful, as well as their shipping. They tell you it will deliver on a specific date but that is never accurate, and generally it takes over a month for items to arrive. They don't do refunds and will give partial credit back, so if you need to try something on it's basically useless unless you want to wait months to get the size you need. Quality isn't even amazing especially for the price. Avoid buying here there are so many places that have better and cheaper dresses with a legit return policy.

Don't rely on receiving your order especially for a special occasion. I ordered on 5/26th. And was given a deliver date of June 2- June 11. Haven't received any emails, other than when order was placed. Messaged live chat today June 6th (they make it impossible to call and speak with anyone live) to get arrival date info and was told my dress can't be shipped til 6/25. And if I wait for that date, I can't return only store credit. Arrival date of 6/25 is unacceptable when told 6/2 and no further update given until I inquired.

I ordered a few dresses for a Vegas trip thinking I could try them and pick my favorite. One of the dresses had one side of the top sewn larger than the other so it fit oddly on my breasts. The material feels cheap and thin and looks nothing like the pictures online. I am so beyond disappointed and feel scammed.

My Daughter found a dress on their site. She read that we could return the dress if we did not like it for any reason. We shipped back the dress next day. Weeks later we did not see a credit on my card so I called them. Suddenly, an email was sent to me with a store credit, NOT a refund. If you don't like the dress or the quality you just get an online shopping credit, NOT a refund. I don't think I have ever seen a return policy where you can't get your money back for a new item you never used. Fabric was very thin. Because we had to buy another dress in place of this, we now have spent extra for a dress we can't use. Not cool. We will donate the credit to someone who cannot afford a dress. Customer service person was nice and apologized but we could not get our money back.

My daughter who is normally a size 4 ordered 4 dresses in size small and extra small to try on for a party... she could barely fit the size small over her head it was so tiny... ridiculous... these dresses are not made for normal people! And now we find out we can't return them except for store credit... we will never buy from them again and will tell everyone we know to stay away as well... what an awful experience!

The cost of their clothes isn't bad but the quality could definitely be better for the price. I ordered a set and the pants I received looked different from the photo. The top was very cute though so it wasn't a total loss but the shorts were extremely cheap quality and came with a drawstring to tighten, but it was poorly sewn on, making the overall look of them very cheap. The photo had no drawstring pictured so I was a little bummed cause the set was cuter in the photos. The customer service team ensured me the shorts were supposed to have a drawstring so why was that not pictured? Overall cute clothes but cheap quality for the price, depends on if you're willing to gamble cause you never know if you'll actually receive exactly what you ordered

I ordered the Dion Metallic Maxi Dress in gold. It's very pretty, but totally see through, and due to the slits I can't wear a slip underneath. Before purchasing, I reached out to customer service asking if it was see through because I'm a bridesmaid and it needs to be wedding-appropriate. They told me it would be totally fine…. Which was entirely false. Disappointing :(

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are rude, useless, and did not offer to resolve my issue whatsoever in the 3 weeks I've been dealing with them. I ordered two outfits for my bachelorette on May 6, and when the items were in my cart it during checkout, it said my delivery date would be May 14-May 20. I followed through with my order and it all of a sudden changed to May27-June 10. I emailed them instantly saying this won't work because I leave June 8 for my bachelorette. She told me there was nothing they could do and I had to wait. I even asked them if I could pay extra money to have it rushed (as there was no option for it when I made my order) and they said no. They told me it will ship "latest May 28" and there was nothing they could do. I emailed them today, May 25, and they now tell me my order won't be shipped until at least June 17, over SIX weeks after my initial order date. They refused to help, resolve my problem, and wouldn't ship my order. The only thing they offered was a "exchange or refund". This company is a JOKE. Do NOT order off of them or support them in any way. I am appalled and sick to my stomach companies like this are still in business. One star is being generous.

I placed an order in April and after a week or two of no shipment notification, I reached out and was told there was a delay and my parcel would ship out by May 20th. So after patiently waiting for a month, I received no shipment notification. Instead of following up with me that the pieces I ordered were backordered, I had to reach out again and was told I was best to cancel my order.

I bought $300 worth of clothes last month and I only received one outfit out of 5 that was supposed to be sent to me. The customer service is so mean and instead of trying to help me they say well you can cancel if you like. They have no idea when my clothes will ship. Its is May 24th now and they said it will be after June 20th when it does. 2 months! I will be missing my graduation photos because my outfit was supposed to match my team. They don't have a number on purpose and the live chat they claim they have they don't. I was so excited to support their business because it looked kinda new but I will never in my life try this again and will never recommend this shop to anyone else. Please don't take the risk im promising you you will get screwed over.

They stuffed a poor quality dress in a plastic bag inside a fedex envelope. As soon as i recieved i the quality of the dress matched the quality of the package. I immediately sent it back and all they gave me was store credit. Why would i want more garbage?

Wanted a dress for my 21st bday got one from lucy in the sky and then i didn't get any updates from them and when i finally emailed them to ask they said it wouldn't ship out in time so i could have a refund or 25 dollars in store credit which doesn't get you anything) so i asked for refund and it's been more than a week and they haven't given me a refund i've emailed them with my order number to check the status and they take forever to reach back out honestly the dresses are pretty but they'll take forever to get to you and forget it if you have any complications with your order and need a refund or anything bc i'm still going through that. I ordered a dress from Lucy In The Sky back in April. After submitting my order I received an email notifying me that my payment for the order had been received. Along with this email came an expected delivery date range from May 1-May 18. I was under the impression that my order was on its way as I didn't receive any contact telling me otherwise. However, it wasn't until I reached out to customer service myself after waiting several weeks on my package that I was informed that there was a supply issue and that my dress wouldn't be made until the 25th (my senior prom was the 21st). Had I received any information about the delay I would have had time to order a different dress for my senior prom but because Lucy in the Sky didn't have the decency to inform of this until a day before my prom and after I had to reach out to customer service myself, I was left without a dress and without time to order a new one. I am very disappointed in my experience (trying to) shop with them and I will never be shopping with them again. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for dresses. Another red flag that I should have noticed is that there are no reviews to be found on the website. Take your business elsewhere!

Really really horrible place. Quality of the clothes is terrible - tried to return a dress and they gave me a return label that didn't cover the weight of the package (in the exact same packaging they sent) so the post office refused it. When I tried to reach out for a different label that would actually cover the weight, they ignored me 4 times and never responded.

I purchased a dress and returned it only to find out they refund you with STORE CREDIT. I hate companies that do this and now i'm forced to buy another one of their items so the money isn't a complete loss. AND it expires in one year! I am absolutely livid. Scam of a website. I waited over three weeks to get my order and when status hasn't changed from "payment received," I reached out to find out what was going on only to be told the item was "out of stock"—yet their website still listed it as in stock and arriving on time when I needed it, as if just to bait people into buying.
