My daughter ordered a dress on 6/10 with latest arrival day of 6/29. She really wanted it for vacation but no luck. She canceled it on 6/29 since it hasn't even shipped and was told that it would take almost 2 weeks to get her money back. (Why, they had no problem taking the money immediately) She has yet to get her money back so we will be filling a complaint with the BBB. I do not recommend ordering from them due to such poor coroner service
Absolutely terrible, ordered a dress for a wedding event 3 months before & the dress still hadn't shown. I contacted them they gave me a $25 credit for the store while I wait which was promised to come weeks ago still never arrived! Honestly super upsetting I really was excited at first just to be let down twice. Definitely do not recommend buying from Lucy in the sky I never typically wrote reviews but this situation was just emails saying " sorry we have a delay" then don't put a guaranteed date if it's not true! Also a entire month past that date. They said they would give a refund should process so we will see! At least they did that don't promote your site everywhere for months and delivered deal messages if you can't even get your products out at a decent time!

I ordered 3 items from this store because everything they had was so adorable. All shipped separately, one coming within the proposed time frame on their website. The other two were supposed to come latest by July 14th. One shipped without me ever being notified, and when I asked customer service about them they said I should've gotten an email saying it shipped (never did), and that the other item is now coming a month late. The quality is also not worth the price you're paying, and things don't look how they do on the site, so overall pretty disappointed. Customer service responded and gave me a credit for the delayed shipping times but I'm not shopping here again.

I ordered 2 dresses a month from my event and only received 1. When I contacted them about the dress they said it would get shipped out after due to website traffic. Website showed my dress would of been received on time. I asked them to cancel my dress. They said about 10 business days (and additional 2-3 days) to receive my refund. I had to file a dispute and they only partially refunded me for a dress I never received. Do not buy here!

So I order three dresses, one of which there was an error with on their end somehow, and I ended up having to reorder. Basically I was told I'd get a refund on my debit card after 10 business days, which is a long time to wait when you've spent a couple hundred dollars. I never received my refund and I never received my dresses on my first order or the one dress I had to reorder. I've been in contact with customer service over email and every day I get a response with no answers, just inaccurate dates as to when my refund and dresses will arrive or automatic responses. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME shopping at Lucy in the sky, no matter how cute the dresses may be. You'll likely never receive your order or get a refund. Not to mention they charge you for your order before anything has even been shipped.

I bought a dress that was good material but it was just too short on me and unflattering so I returned it. I received store credit from the dress (not including money spent on shipping which was understandable). I decided to get another dress from the website with the store credit a month ago. The dress on the website showed it was in stock and the latest it would of been delivered was 5 days ago. I didn't received any emails, updates, or any messages including in my account on my order only that my order was received. I talked to customer service about my order just to find out it wasn't even SHIPPED yet and I was offered a refund. I was annoyed I had to find out by waiting in a queue that my order was so delayed it wouldn't get here anytime soon. I decided to take the refund so I just get my money back at this point but I was given store credit. I don't want to buy anything from this website again. I was just trying to get a simple black dress and got scammed 60 dollars.

Received a dress with a broken zipper, it was promised that I would receive the refund within 10 business days. Several weeks went by, still no return processed. When I reached out, they apologized and said that I would be refunded within 5 additional business days. The five business days went by and still no refund and no response. THEN, I was sent the wrong dress. I sent TWO separate emails to customer service in the week in which the item was received, both were ignored. Finally, when I received a response to a third email, I was told I would not be refunded because I "didn't report it within 14 days of delivery".

Ordered a dress and it was taking too long to ship out so I cancelled the order on June 17th. I still have not received the refund and it's been almost a month (July 12th). I'm not sure why it takes so long to give refunds. It's bizarre. I order from Zara all the time and the refunds there come back the next day in my account!

Terrible customer service and experience. I received 2 dresses, one I was completely unable to put on because it was too small (I'm only 98 pounds so found this odd for a small to not fit me). The third dress never came. After returning the 2 that did came, I never received my store credit… and someone told me that would refund me fully for the 3rd dress that never came and I still don't see it in my bank. It's been over a month…. Will never shop here again

If you're ordering something for an event, stay clear of this site. They give you a delivery window, usually 1-3 weeks after you order, and then don't actually ship it until a month AFTER the latest delivery date. They won't update you about this and the only way you find out is if you contact them and ask why you haven't received your order yet. The customer service reps tend to be very rude and unhelpful and basically tell you to either cancel or deal with it. You can't return things for a refund, only for store credit which expires after one year if you're lucky to even get it. Last time I returned something, I ended up having to reach out again because I still hadn't gotten my store credit after 2 months of returning the item. The quality is cheap and some pieces started to fray and come undone after a few washes, despite washing it on gentle.

I don't like that there is store credit only because closing fits are hit and mess. Sometimes the quality feels really cheap. Unfortunately, I made a mistake of spending 400$ on my first order from them, just to find out that I don't like the quality and the fit is often off. Now I have to keep exchanging in order spend my store credit. Customer service responds really quick though. I would give clothing a 3-star rating but 5-stars for the customer service because they respond within 5-10 minutes and always available. Therefore, 4 stars for the overall rating

Please do no purchase anything from this store. They only provide store credit if you don't like your product. NO full refunds. I figured if I don't like my dress, I'll get something else. Well the first dress I purchased was made so poorly, the straps were made way too long to hold the dress up, the fabric was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and itchy and was overall poorly made. I reached out and requested a full refund (not store credit, my money back) because of how dissapointed I was in this dress. They explained the policy to me and said they can only do store credit. So I figured, alright let me just try to find something else. I did and the second dress came damaged with no straps to wrap over your shoulders. At this point I'm furious. Don't charge 75 dollars for a dress and have it be cheap and damaged. It's a scam to provide cheap damaged products and not refund your customers anything but store credit, it just makes your customer stuck with purchasing another cheap product they don't even want. That's not how you gain customers.

So I ordered one dress from Lucy in the sky and it's been two weeks since I placed my order it said it would arrive between June 15th-24th. Three days after that I still had not received it. So I talked to someone on their livechat and they gave me three options one was an exchange option. They said my dress wasn't in stock that's why I didn't get it and it wouldn't be for another 3weeks till it got shipped so I exchanged it for an instock dress and it'll be shipped within the next 24hours! I had a broken zipper on a romper so i emailed lucyinthesky and they gave me 3 options to choose from so i was able to bring the romper to a tailor to get it fixed and they reimbursed the entire cost of the alteration!

If I could give this company a rating of 0 stars, I most definitely would. I do not recommend buying from this company one bit. I placed an order on May 11th and was told It would arrive in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and the dress was not delivered. I reached out to "customer service" and was told that it was delayed. Mind you, I was not notified of this delay. If it weren't for me reaching out, I wouldn't have been aware of this delay. I proceed to cancel my order, given that I needed it for a special occasion. The fine print stated that it would take 10 business days to process my refund and to allow an extra 1-3 business days for my money to reflect on my account. Again, I waited the approximated time the fine print told me to wait. My money has not been refunded, so I email their customer service once again, they tell me that weekends are not included. Which this is not stated on their refund fine print. Again, I wait some more and It has now been over that extra 1-3 business days and my money has not been refunded. If I were to walk out of a store without paying, that is stealing. So now, why are companies not held accountable when we cancel an order and they refuse to refund my money? It's the exact same thing. This absolutely a circus of a company. They also don't provide a phone number we could call for customer service. Which gives me very much scamming vibes.

Return policy is shady at best! They don't come out and say " no cash refunds " tricky wording which is vague. If the dress is poor quality, and see through doesn't that fall under the policy of defective? Store credit is useless, don't want anything else from there. I filed a dispute with my form of payment, I think consumer affairs needs to review their return policy.

Horrible horrible customer service! Just like all the other reviews. Bought two dresses... to see which one fit. Could only get store credit. Same story as below... then i just messaged them to see where my CREDIT is... I provided order number, UPS tracking number, I had the actualy date and time of delivery and WHO signed for it and NOPE, I need a photo of the receipt. WHAT>?
