Never got my dress

I ordered my dress a month ago in august and they said it would be delivered from september 13 through september 23rd and it never came it. I never even got an email about it being shipped at all. Now i have no dress for my senior homecoming.

My daughter ordered a dress and a month later it still hadn't arrived. We contacted the company and it took them I really long time to respond (email only). This dress was for an occasion and the shipping was supposed to be an arrival date of 2 weeks. We canceled the order and had to order the dress from a different company. Lucy in the Sky never did ship the dress and would only give us a store credit. The biggest kicker is that they did not refund us for the shipping charges, even though they never shipped it out. Whoever is running that company should should definitely not be in charge and should find a new job that they can actually manage. Also, no contact number because I'm sure they don't want a bunch of pissed off customers calling in. I have four daughters and none of them will ever order from this company again.

Ordered this dress to wear to a wedding and was GURANTEED shipping by mid July. I STILL have not received this dress months later. I live chatted with Lucy in the Sky and they told me that ever with receipt and transaction number they could not help so told me to email. Still have not gotten my dress, a refund, or any help. I work for a review website and will soon be publishing an article about my experience. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Don't be fooled because they are in LA, they will take forever to ship if at all. My order was placed on August 16th and was told it wouldn't ship until Sept. 6 then on Sept. 6 told it wouldn't ship until September 23, more than a month after my order was placed. At that point, I canceled and had to scramble to find something else from another vendor. RIDICULOUS>>>AVOID!

Their customer service is horrible! I placed an order in the beginning of June I got everything except two items I'm still waiting on those two items and I've been charged for them. They will not credit your original form of payment although they say they do. They will give you a merchandise credit that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Their dresses are cute but they run very small and if you have a big chest like me forget about it. And if you want to contact somebody it's virtually impossible they don't have a phone number you can call and they barely ever reply back by email. Whoever is running this company needs to take a class on how to run a business

Poor Customer Service / Slow Shipping
August 12, 2022

My daughter ordered dresses she needed for an event. The soonest shipping was 2 weeks out. There is NO option for expedited shipping. I was told it would "arrive by" date. Hoping it would arrive sooner... but also told I'd get tracking info sent 2 days before it ships. As we sit at the 1 day before it would arrive and still no tracking info I reached out for an update, to find out that now they won't arrive for another 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. They didn't contact me to tell me this... I had to contact them! Not acceptable in customer service. So now my daughter needs a dress for next week with no time to find one. Their return policy is not good either - but due to this issue they are actually offering a refund! But clearly stated if I don't cancel and the shipment goes as normal, it's only store credit if I need to return something. They have some cute dresses but don't order from them if you need something by a certain time line or if you are unsure if you need to return an item (unless you are ok with store credit). Their online chat feature as the only positive I have so far about the company.

Dresses never arrived

After waiting over 2.5 months for my order and a lot of back and forth between their customer's service promising it will arrive, they were forced to offer me a refund on 2 dresses out of 3 ordered as they didn't have it in stock. CLEARLY OVER SELLING STOCK THAT THEY DON'T HAVE (showing available online somehow) which in other words is misleading, lying, consumer abuse and scummy! The website should be flagged, reported and closed, that is all they deserved!

I absolutely loved their designs, and was excited at how great the customer service seemed to be at first, (even though they took almost a month to let me know my item was unable to be delivered.) I was still fine just accepting a refund, it's just that it's been weeks after they promised me my money back and I still haven't received it. They just quit responding to me.

False Advertising - Not made in LA

Lucy in the Sky advertises that they make all of their clothing in
LA. This is false advertising. This company makes their products
In China, not LA. Both of the business addresses they list (748 S.
Main St. LA, CA, *******) and another their chat person gave me
(1200 Wall Street Second Floor, LA, CA, *******) are NOT real
Addresses. I google mapped them and there is no actual factory.
The first is an apartment complex and the second is a vacant
Building. On 7/19/22, I ordered 3 dresses from "Lucy-in-the-Sky,"
One in green and two in blue. I also live in LA. They delivered the
Green dress within 2 days. But by 7/28/22, I hadn't heard a word
About the other two blue dresses, so I reached out to their
Customer service over chat. A woman by the name of "Daniella M"
Told me that they have had a back-log and would not be able to
Deliver the blue dresses to me until 8/12/22. I asked why it would

Bachelorette Outfit

I got a dress from here for my Bachelorette. Overpriced dress, looked cute on the Model. I am generally X or XS. I ordered S and the dress was almost kids size. Would not even fit the skinniest person I know. They don't do returns, so I took store credit. I had to use to so bought another dress online. The second dress was even worse. Sitting in my closet for two months, and everytime I see it, it makes me so upset. Don't put such misrepresenting photos online, and do returns if possible. I don't write reviews unless I am severely upset. Not at all worth the price. Material was horrible too. Never buying from here again.

I ordered a dress more than a month ago, got told by the post that it was in the country, never showed up to my house, emailed the post company and got told to email Lucy in The sky to launch an investigation and they never emailed me back which is absolutely shocking considering it was a formal dress that i needed and it didnt arrive in time and got no reply or communication from them, 1 out of 5 stars.

Refuse to Give Refunds

Ordered 3 dresses as possibilities for a wedding. None of the 3 fit my body type (short and not super skinny.) I returned and they only offer store credit, so now I have to spend $144 at a store that only stocks dresses appropriate for a tall and skinny body type. Bizarre policy.

Still no refund and CHEAP

I ordered about two months ago and they were out of an iten so they offered me a refund and a few other options. The email said it would take up to 13 days from June 9th and I still haven't gotten my 48 dollars back on my card. I emailed 4 or 5 times about this. Everytime I am asked the same question which is for my card info and that is where the convo ends. This is extremely unprofessional. I will never shop here again. On top of that the part of my order I did get is very cheaply made. The material and seems just aren't the quality they should be for the price of their items. Their quality is that of fast fashion sites but instead of $10 it is $50. PLEASE SAFE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY.

Horrible- 0 stars

This company is horrible. 0 stars is more appropriate. They do no refunds to your original payment for and only do store credit and only within 14 days of ordering. I don't know how they are still in business but we will never order from them again. Horrible customer service. My husband bought dresses as a gift and they look cheap and I wanted to send them back but they only do store credit and make no exceptions. No human approach to customer service and they just repeat their policy and say nothing else can be done but store credit. Many of the dresses look very cheap so beware. As an online store and in this day and time you have to be flexible and accept returns providing tags are on and it is in the same condition as when it's purchased. Go to Lulus or Hello Molly who make it easy to do online orders and returns as needed and will do return to your payment for items you are not happy with. I often order many items for a vacation and/or occasion and like to be able to send back what does not work and that is not an option with this company so don't do that. Lucy in the Skye does not care if their customer is happy that is for sure and their dresses are just cheap looking.
