Lucky Vitamin has a ton of products to chose from; their selection goes way beyond vitamins. You can get food, cleaning supplies, beauty supplies and more, which makes it easy to hit the $49 minimum for free shipping. I always feel like I get a lot of bang for my buck when shopping here!

I wanted to try this product for pain in the joints of my fingers. I've tried different joint relief products, but just haven't been real satisfied. I thought I would give this a try. I wanted to take it at least a couple months to see if I can get some good results. Hopefully it will help me. Thank You Judith Berkheimer

The selection of products on this website is astounding to say the least. And while I don't know what price they are paying for the products I can say that their prices are either comparable to local herb shops or FAR BETTER than places like Whole Foods. As with any website or even Whole Foods you need to do your own research into a product and not take any businesses advice when it comes to your own health. You are ultimately responsible. But as for a website this one is unmatched in what I have found. I am happy that I can find the majority of products I need in one place without hassle.

I have used Lucky Vitamin numerous times. Its my go to for supplements as well as essential oils, teas, and vegan products. Search functions easily helps you find whatever you are looking for.

I bought 78€ order but never arrived, I live in Italy. When I ask informations about it, they told me to do research by myself, which ended that the papers were not correct. It never left customs and it was sent back. They won't send them back in the correct way or refund me... 100$ order. They have stolen my money

I was looking to buy some essential oils & vitamin supplements. Came across this website & their prices were very reasonable compared to most online stores. So save some money i did make my first purchase online. The delivery was to made in about 3 to 5 business days through Landmark Global. I did not receive the products ordered on the respective date, so late evening i was trying to contact LuckyVitamin and found out that they do not have customer service personal but simply one department to only place orders. I spoke to that person but he mentioned he cannot help and has no access to follow up but to take orders and payments. I was told to contact by email or by Robotic chat. I did the robotic chat and they said they will investigate. It will take couple of days. I was checking the courier company called Landmark Global and they too did not have a customer service person that i could speak too, but simply an email, which i did write to, but did not hear back from them. I then started to search about both these companies online and it happened to be a scam, a fictitious company & i was not the only one scammed. My heart sank as it was a considerable amount and i am jobless right now. The only reason i ordered the items was to keep myself healthy and boost my immune system. I then contacted credit card company and explained the same, they said they will investigate and it may take about 10 to 14 business days. I am writing to save others from being scammed in times of such challenges and difficulties

This company has always been super avail and gone above and beyond.
When I have received items I did not like, they refunded me and/or sent me something in replace of it. And let me keep (not have the hassle of returning) the product(s).
Their website can be slow/laggy but their customer service makes up for that!
And 9 out of 10 times, they have the lowest prices.

The worst experience ever. Terrible service. I did order 1 month ago and never got it. When I ask where is it, they are not able to give me any information abt it. Highly do not recommend!

I am confident of great products that I don't have to go to a store to find. Excited to have my order delivered - free shipping with a low dollar amount order.

I have been purchasing from Lucky Vitamins since 2006 and am a regular client. I find that it has been my one stop shopping because of its wide brand selection, the amount of information it gives to us, and its ability to give us good prices. For all of these reasons, I keep coming back... and will!

The shipping cost is very expensive. With S$100 purchase, the shipping cost is S$24.
Hope the company can work out on a cheaper shipping cost.
Others than the shipping cost, the web site, range of products as well as informative and comprehensive write-up on the products are very helpful & useful.

I returned my entire order, was delivered back to them on Dec. 24th, 2020. Weeks went by and still have not received my refund. I have chatted with them 2 times, the last two chats I was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days, but still have not received it. I chatted with them a third time, they now are saying I only returned 5 out of the 6 bottles... LIE! I returned all 6. So either they misplaced one or someone stole one. I can't believe the run around I am getting. What a fraudulent company! The representative said he will put the refund through but may not be refunded for that 6th bottle. Absolutely disgusting business practices! I had a feeling I wasn't the first person to have issues with this company, so I looked online for reviews and sure enough it's a known issue. I will NEVER shop with them again and I will tell everyone who asks my experience and tell them to steer clear of this online store. On 1/18/21 I finally received my refund, but they only refunded me 5 bottles, so they not only get a free bottle but they made money off of it. Freaking scammers! NEVER SHOP WITH THEM.

I put in an order with Luckyvitamin in 2017. It was not a good experience. But I forgot the experience and just tried again (2021). Now I remember why I won't shop here. I forgot about the terrible customer service and very slow shipping. You can try the chat but you'll be waiting forever to contact a real person. I never got a real person on 3 chat tries. One try I waited 1/2 hour. Phone call option? Forget about that one as well. Order not delivered and tracking info stalled

This service was super easy and helpful to use! Had all the answers to questions already on website, shipping is quick and cheap and they sell so many great products! Would 10/10 recommend.

I ordered a product by DHL Priority on 26th November 2020. I was told it would take 5-7 days. It is now 3rd January 2021 and there is no sign of the product. They have a call centre in the Philippines - and the staff are like robots, unable to help. They have refused to refund. I managed to get it charged back by credit card company - but really people should beware of this company as what they are doing is scandalous.

I found everything I needed quickly and for great prices. I'm excited for my first shipment which will get to me much sooner than expected.
