I love Lucky Vitamin! They have many brands and organics. The site is user friendly and I get the shipment quickly. I love shopping with Lucky Vitamin and recommend it to a lot of my friends. These particular vitamins have helped with menopause symptoms including practically eliminating hot flashes and minimizing hair loss. I don't what to run out again. I love the text message reminder and ability to just reorder from a text reply.

Their prices are reasonable, I always qualify for free shipping, they have a large variety of products. My order arrives in a timely manner and is always packaged well. I ordered from this company twice, both times complete and utter failure. First time the order to Australia never arrived and I had the money refunded out of the blue. I contacted support to find out what was happening, only to be told that there was a one-off error in transit and I have to place the order again. After they assured me the error would not occur again I placed the order a second time. What can I say? I'm too trusting. Big mistake right there. I wait patiently for a month, checking tracking a few times a week, just to see the message in tracking details saying that the shipment was returned back to the vendor. It's deja vu all over again, except this time no refund and a reply from customer service that translates to "sorry, but not sorry". Do yourself a favor and stay far away!
I have used this site many times over the years and find their selection and prices meet my needs! I moved to a small town and many of the products i love are not available here. So after much site comparing, LuckyVitamin came out on top!
I gave 3 stars because of the false advertising. I've price shopped for the Ashwagandha by Organic India, and 3 out of 4 ads for your prices were much lower than on your website. This is not only misleading, but frustrating. I have added a picture to show. And, I checked to see if this was the 10% off prices for autoship, and it was not Please Google the product for both 90 count and 180 count, then click on the link and you'll see what I'm talking about.
