Lucky Vitamin sucks. Big Time. I placed my order 4 1/2 weeks ago and nothing arrived. Never received any email from them, even the initial confirmation.
When I called they told me it was a mistake on their part in the paperwork and the parcel came back to them undelivered. They never notified me about it and didn't credit my account back. If I wouldn't have called, they would just have keept the money. The customer service is very bad there. When I called the girt told me they are "very busy right now too took into my issue". Would never order from them again.
Really nice site. I often order from this site and even with shipping the prices are less than what I would have paid at my local health food store.
I have ordered twice and both times have been totally pleased! Best prices and huge selection. Spend $100 and free shipping too. Love the bubble wrap pillows as well. Regular shipping received in 3 days as located in PA. You won't be disappointed with this one!
I have ordered from this site many times, with great success. Once, a box of tea was damaged in transit, and they immediately shipped me a new one. Their prices are great, and the site is very easy to navigate. Highly recommended!
It's always great to get a discount! Lucky Vitamin has all sorts of "drug store" type items. From coconut oil to organic dried fruit, lip gloss to date sugar. From Clif Bars to Burts Bees, Mascara & bar soap to vitamin C. An excellent job is always done on packing too! I love their boxes and generous use of bubble wrap. I can't believe what a variety of items they have! Also they have lots of homeopathic items, and flower essences which are obscure at times.
Each purchase will give you points towards a discount so be sure and sign up for an account so you get all your points!
Customer service via email is also quick to refund the price when an item arrives damaged ( which was only once). I would give them 10 stars if they could ship as fast as other companies.
A huge selection, good prices, no shipping if order is over $100. The site's easy to navigate and customer service is responsive. My orders are always over $100 and they take about 2 weeks.
