Great prices and discounts, very good range or different products. I made my first purchase today and the site is very clear and easy to use.

Shipping rates were rather high. I do wish that Lucky Vitamin would offer free shipping or a more discounted shipping like flat rate shipping to Hawaii.

I have been a customer of Lucky for 4 years now... They sent me a few full size products to try out last year because my BF and I were ordering monthly which was amazing! They sent me Garden of Life RAW Protein and I was blown away and have been ordering it ever since. This product has changed my life and Lucky just sent it to me to "try out". Amazing customer service too and shipping is typically less than 7 days.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER IN OVER A YEAR AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWED THE ORDER WAS NEVER SHIPPED AND PREVIOUS REP ADVISED ME THAT THEY NO LONGER CARRIED MY ORDER BUT YET THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY.

ZERO stars. Customer Service HORRIBLE! Shipping dept. is so disorganized, shipping time is UNACCEPTABLE! After a rediculous waiting time I opened a good size box with 1 small bottle of water flavor drops. My paid for purchase was items totaling almost $120.00! I call and did not get one word as to why

Worst customer support ever. Waiting forever for my order to be shipped (3 weeks now). Contacted support about that, but they never answer my questions.

Looking for John Master's Hair Products, some listed as being 50% off or more. The prices seemed fairly high, so I checked the actual John Master's website. Same exact price! No way I'd shop here again. Don't be deceived by false marketing! This will catch up with them at some point.

We've been ordering (domestically) repeatedly for well over a year now and, although their shipping is 1-2 days slow and almost always with something on backorder, we've never had the first problem with LuckyVitamin. We like everything about them. Given the comments below, go figure. Nashville, TN

Not honest, and no luck with their customer service, and no satisfaction.
Do not order from Canada as you will be hosed!

The website doesn't make clear that if you ship to Canada, you will pay shipping AND, when you pick the item up, duty and shipping a second time. I just paid more than $24 dollars to receive a $49 order. I won't be using Lucky Vitamin from Canada again.

I order some vitamins thinking I was going to save £5, it was free delivery which it was a bonus. But I waited for ages to get it and could not get it as I needed to pay custom! Which it was more expensive that my vitamins paying an extra £15 more that I would pay in boots they basically rob me. I would not recommend this website to anyone!
