This website has almost every health brand that I use and love. Normally I shop through vitamin shoppe but the deals and sales I find on lucky vitamin are so amazing! I am still new to this site but after seeing all the amazing products and discounts I can honestly say I'm a fan for life!

Original order total was just over $100, with $97 of that amount going towards 2 boxes of a backordered supplement. I was very surprised their system didn't ask if I was willing to wait the expected 7-10 days to allow everything to ship in one box. Customer could be offered a small discount as a 'thank you' for saving wasted shipping costs/boxes. When their system notified me that my $3 bar of soap would get shipped across the country by itself, I went online to request the order be held so it could ship everything together. When that was refused, I asked for the order to be cancelled. That request was also refused and a $3 bar of soap shipped... yikes. You don't need futuristic AI to figure this out, just a simple if/then statement that kicks-in when a majority of the order total involves 1-2 backordered items.

I gave LV a rating of more than 1 star for at least finally agreeing to cancel the backordered items once the arrival timeline extended to 30+ days.

Please upgrade your system to allow a customer to cancel an order that hasn't processed (i. E. items haven't been pulled / boxed). Reminding me I can always mail something back at my expense, when there was plenty of time to cancel, is not impressive.

This company not only defers your orders, payments and shipments to a most confusing degree that it is hard to even track their charges on your account. I've ordered with them for awhile until I got smart and followed what they were doing. They are doubling costs and I've had to call them numerous times for them to return money to my account. The final straw was when they charged me 53.00 for a "membership" I absolutely NEVER would have elected to sign up for... NEVER. I'm attempting to recover my money now but they are saying they don't have anyone to answer phones... THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY ONCE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT INFO.

Wide selection of products. Had to find a weird hand soap because the typical ones are on backorder right now, but that's understandable given the current global pandemic situation. I like the store brand products for cutting costs. I wanted to find a vegetarian collagen supplement but they only offer plant-based collagen building peptides. I've seen algae-based collagen products elsewhere, but Lucky Vitamin had everything else I needed. I'm excited to try the new products when they come in. It seems like delivery will take about a week.

I started taking Montmorency tart cherry gummies to heIp ease body aches. I got my first jar at my IocaI grocery store and it was quite expensive, but stiII wanted to try the product. My boyfriend wanted to take them too, so it Iooked Iike was going to be an even more expensive treatment. Then I found Iucky Vitamin where the price was significantIy Iess. They informed me right away that it wouId take awhiIe for the gummies to be deIivered and updated me reguIarIy. As it turns out, the gummies arrived the day we were just finishing our first jar. The gummies are heIping and its good to know I can afford to continue taking them thanks to Iucky Vitamin. I wiII consider them for future purchases of other suppIements. Great service and communication.

First of All, I love you'r platform. It is very functional 100%, easy to shop & go back & forth from products & cart. I want you to realize that I recently spent 20 hours trying to register@ another vitaShopee & it was only failure after failure after falure. I actually registered 6 accounts & unable to log on any of them, it was the same story, U'r P. W. & email don't match. 1,000% unfuctional. But Thank You Universe For LUCKY VITAMIN. COM. You saved me! Everything I desire you have, nootropics etc., etc., etc. It's been a great experience w/ Luckyvitamin.
