Many thanks to the fine folks at Lucky Vitamin. I'm sure that they thought they were filling just any old order for applesauce, but fort me this was an important order. When news of Coronavirus hit everything was selling out I worried. I have a senior dog on a restricted diet due to pancreatitis. The only treats she can have are cookies made from oats applesauce. She's also a girl who has anxiety so we do a lot of positive reinforcement and enrichment with her. The idea of not having treats for her truly made me panic. Thankfully I found Lucky Vitamin. I had never ordered from them before but they had what I was looking for. They shipped part of my order which at least allowed me to get started, and they kept me updated on the rest of my order as it progressed. Everything was packaged with exceptional care. I'm beyond thrilled with them!

It took about a dozen e-mails back and forth with them to get them to straighten out the errors they kept making in my address. Twice during the process via e-mail, I canceled the order. However they proceeded to charge my card/paypal anyways even after I twice canceled the order in writing. The product was finally shipped and amazingly did arrive to the several times corrected address. However upon opening the items, all of them must have been driven over by a cement truck and left in an unrefrigerated environment as they had some sort of fungus or mold growing on them. The whole load was immediately thrown into the trash as it was uneditable! Could NOT recommend doing business with them on food items! I would rate them MINUS 5 stars!

Trying to find Sambucol Immune/Cold/Flu products during a pandemic is no easy task! I had never ordered from Lucky Vitamin before but the site came up near the top of Google search page. The site has a clean interface, positive posted customer reviews, a secure checkout, and frankly the only game left in town for what I wanted. I took the chance and within a few short days received my order. I'm writing this review because I am satisfied and now consider Lucky Vitamin a strong resource for my business. Thank you!

Was time again to replenish with some of my regular purchases. I did notice allot of back ordered items especially with the vitamin C products which included tablets and powder. I think this is due to the corona virus issue and people are goings nuts buying up vitamin C. The C is overall good for the immune system but people have to realize it takes more than C. I do not like the idea that to purchase a back ordered item, Lucky Vitamin requires you to purchase a minimum of 2 or 3 items of the product you want. Other than the vitamin C all the items I wanted were in stock, their quality is very good and Lucky Vitamin continues to provide great pricing. One suggestion I would like to make regarding winning the $100 dollar gift certificate is instead of giving out (1) $100 gift, how about making a few more people happy and giving (4) $25 gift certificates.
