Lucky Vitamin continually offers a wide choice of products, great prices, a user friendly website and quick delivery. I have never been disappointed in anything I have ordered from them. My only compaint is that sometimes things are out of stock and I wish they would get them in more quickly.
I purchased the Pea protein and was surprised on how quickly I received it and for the price I was more happy. I'll be telling my friends about Lucky Vitamin and be buying more product from them. Thank you!
Delivery was very poor. It took almost a month to get two items that were supposedly in stock. If they were backordered, you should have indicated it on the webpage.

I was amazed that Lucky Vitamin kept track of something I had tried to order more than once, and was not available, then sent me a message when it was! I ordered and told friends!
I received my order quickly, which was great... however, the shipping cost was quite a bit (I live in Alaska). I'd shop this site more if the shipping were more reasonable.

I had run out of Spike Gourmet Natural Seasoning, and was searching for it everywhere. I found Lucky Vitamin not only had it, but had it in different sizes and in its different flavor combinations. Yowza! My lucky day. It was very reasonably priced, so I ordered. I got an immediate acknowledgement, and when it shipped, I received tracking information. But here's the big plus: When it arrived, it was not only well-packaged with no damage, but with a guarantee that if I didn't like it, I could send it back. Lots of companies say this, but Lucky Vitamin included pre-printed stickers for sending it back if I felt it necessary to do so. My Spike is staying put, and I'll be ordering from Lucky Vitamin in the future. Kudos to a wonderful experience!

I recently ordered a bottle of vitamins ($70.00), and a Gallon of Dr. Bronners soap. ($57.00). The website said the soap was back ordered for 5 days at the time of my purchase. When the soap finally arrived THREE WEEKS LATER, The bottle was severely damaged from lack of packing material inside the box. A week ago, I received an email from Lucky Vitamin CEO asking for a review of my purchase. I sent him an email about my damaged product, and poor communication, and he did not even bother responding. Unless you like to wait a LONG TIME to recieve DAMAGED products, and then be IGNORED, I would strongly recommend not shopping at Lucky Vitamin. There are much better run companies on the web that actually value their customers.
Love the products and the prices, but I can never add items to my AutoShip. It puts it in the shopping cart instead. So I always have to cancel AutoShip and then just put everything in the shopping cart. Very frustrating!

It took much longer to get here than usual but under the circumstances its understandable. However, you are discontinuing items I use and I had to go to another site to get it, that was disappointing. I wish you sold Bayer 80m baby aspirin also. But overall service is good.
I filled in my shipping address correctly which I have the proof from as I screenshot it. And they still sent the package to my old address in a different country. I spend hours in their chatbox to resolve this and showing them proof but they won't refund me until that package comes back to their warehouse. Knowing how difficult Italian customs is, that package will likely not return and so I lose my time and money due to their mistake. They acknowledge their mistake, yet to won't refund or send me a replacement order till that package returns. Amazing that a company from a first world country in 2020 can still operate like this. Please don't take the risk to order with them, their policy is very bad. They make mistakes, but you are the one that pays for it! Bye Bye 130 euros.
When I couldn't find a product I wanted at the store, I used this site to find exactly what I needed and at a great discount.
