I have given business to Lucky Vitamin for years - and as of now NEVER will again. In short: placed an order in mid-March, securing an excellent price (using coupon codes, etc.) for 10 bottles of a product. It was backordered. I had no problem with this and was happy to leave the order open until they were able to fill it. After two months THEY cancelled the order. I have tried EVERY WHICH WAY to get them to reinstate it and honor the order and price (now that they have it back in stock.) Chat, e-mail through their site, and NUMEROUS phone calls where you can ONLY leave a message - and NEVER a response. Finally though chat, I was able to get the rep to have someone call me. Bottom-line: they flat out REFUSE to reinstate the order and honor the price. Would give NO stars, if I could! NOT so Lucky Vitamin, as it turns out!
I received my order within 10 days. I am pleased because the product that I ordered is hard to find. Thank you Lucky Vitamins for coming through! Stand by for the next order!
My order was a mess, a box of totally useless stuff I did not order. The main reason for my order was to set up a re-occurring purchase for Just Mayo. It has been discontinued. I received a bottle of 3, 6, 9 oil which I will never use. A total waste of money.
Order something with overseas shipping by DHL, and paid extra so that DHL would take care of Border customs. Something went wrong with DHL and they accidentaly send te package back to the USA. When I contacted Lucky Vitamin about this after a couple of weeks, they told me they didn't know anything and had to investigate. This should take 6 weeks. They did not come back to me. So I got in contact with customer service again, and then they told me that a 3 month period was over and they didn't have to pay me anything and I just lost my 130$. They did offer me a discount of 5$ for my next order. So, they have a terrible customer service, If you live outside the USA, do not buy at Lucky Vitamin.

Love the lilac scent! It smells just like the real thing. Hard to find scent and even tried to google "lilac air freshener" and all it gives you is lavender. Shipping was pretty fast, came sooner than expected.

Some of the vitamins I received were damaged due to heat exposure. Their website states it takes 2-3 days to my destination and it took 6. In addition, they shipped Fed Ex smartpost which uses the USPS to make final delivery and is one of the cheapest ways you can ship. My package went to multiple cities within my state before finally reaching the USPS and then they did not deliver it until 5:30 pm so carrying a package with vitamins over days of ground travel in the heat melted the Irwin Naturals Mega B and Irwin Naturals Milk Thistle liver detox. When you're shipping vitamins that are sensitive to heat exposure, use a better shipping method.
Was referred to your website and I love the idea of supporting a family owned business instead of just the giant "A" who gets all the online business. I appreciate the ease of finding the supplements I need, the large variety and detailed information about the products so I can make the best buying decision. I also love the convenience

Everything went as smoothly as a baby's back side. Order came in a timely manner. Prices were competitive. Products were as ordered.
Experience thus far suggests something less than a perfect job managing customer demand (merchant has previously cancelled items after confirmation of sale & fulfilled "Back Ordered" items with product marked with short-dated expiration, e.g. with two months rather than twelve months remaining); nevertheless, the merchant does offer compelling prices & some nice features (e.g. Autoship).
