You need a cleaner website and all the incentives to buy/ship automatically feels too pushy.
I'd rather not be nagged over and over and over about how much I'd save if I drank the marketing koolaid.
Just sell stuff at a decent discount and stop all the nagging PLEASE!

Pleasantly surprised at zero for delivery, duties, and customs, so I ordered a lot of them to get me through many months. After readiing other reviews, I wonder if this is misleading me and I will get charged? I guess we'll find out when they get here/if they get here.
I've ordered through Lucky Vitamin several times this year(2020) after finding them to be reliable in terms of low pricing and extensive product availability. I have had to wait for back ordered items a couple times and you may need to initiate phone contact if there's a delay- but they have always been on top of things after a phone call. There are one of my two standby companies I order from now.
I mainly use Lucky Vitamin to find products that I can't find in other stores in my area. I like to shop for the best unit price; so, I like the way that Lucky Vitamin shows pricing. I can see what the advantages are to buying multiples of the same item. Because I often buy more than I need, I don't usually fret about the amount of time that back-ordered items take to ship, but they sometimes take a long while: That turnaround time could be better. And I noticed that a few of the products that I was looking for were not on the Web site this time, even though other items from the company are still featured, and I probably could find those items at another store.(I was looking for Everyone's Unscented Body Lotion and the corresponding soap.) I think that the rewards for having an account are pretty slow to pay off; so, that could be better, too. I think that if Lucky Vitamin included small samples of product, especially product similar to what the customer purchased, in the shipped orders, this might improve the customer's experience, especially since the service seems to be geared towards educating customers, which is another feature of the Web site that I appreciate. All in all, I had a good shopping experience, but I had to give up on a few of the items that I was originally looking for, and some improvements could be made.
Everything came packed nicely and came within a few days. We're very pleased will continue ordering groceries from them.
I have bought from Lucky Vitamin for a couple of months now. When there is a problem, they make it right. I can find things there that I can't find elsewhere; and it's all at the tip of my fingers, right from home. How lucky I was to discover them!
Was a customer for years and spent $1000s with them. They off-shored cust support a cpl of yrs ago and it's now awful. It's no longer worth buying from them for whatever savings you may get. Can't get a live person that sufficiently understands American English and syntax to grasp what you're saying. Have put up with it but just got a "too bad so sad" response to a problem that they acknowledged was on their end so it's time to move on. Buyer beware.
I've ordered different products from Lucky Vitamin for many years and I have always been 100% satisfied with their fast delivery, price of products, and most importantly the quality of the products.

Their website has many misleading advertisements, related to free shipping, return policies. You only get the benefits that are described if you pay for the membership program. There is no asterisk or anything like that to indicate that the truth is not what meet the eye. Also, their "terms and conditions" are really well hidden. Some info (like that refunds aren't processed until 2-3 weeks after they arrive at the return center) you can only find out by contacting customer service. Be sure to get an invoice after your return is process (it has to be requested AFTER the refund is processed, often necessitating reaching out to customer service twice) to make sure that you were refunded for everything that was in the box. Emails sent to customer service are a waste of time, in my experience, they only get looked out after I reached out via chat.
In summary, the prices may be cheaper but you'll have to work for your money!
I ordered items that were supposedly shipped 6/29 and am still waiting no responses were helpful here it is a month later still

I was looking for a good probiotic, especially in these times where we must remain healthy. Found a good selection, with reasonable prices and good reviews and info.
Today I ordered a Bottle of Aqua Flora; therefore I can not honestly rate the company. However, I felt that it would be fair to stay somewhat in the middle of my ratings. After I placed my order I noticed the Recent Reviews of some of Lucky Vitamin Customers. Some were positive and others were negative. Since this is my first order I don't know what to expect; but I am optimistic and hoping to have a good positive experience with this company.
My package comes in a timely manner. It is packed well. And I know I'm getting great, healthy products! I feel that the staff really cares about their products, and the customers.
Answer: No it does not unless you started it from a powder and depends what you mix it with. Should be ok, if does not get too hot.

Answer: It takes between 3 to 7 days to received and sometimes due to the covid could be longer but you should received and you trace your order with your tracking packing slip
Answer: I had that problem once but the website was not down. I called their number and they promptly sent me a replacement. Their website is up today.
