Still have not received it, its been on back order, not professional to ask for review when the product has not arrived yet.
I brought up the item I was looking for and was immediately confused. Out of stock-- unless maybe I buy 5 of the six-pack I was looking at? So I went to the phone to try to see when it might be back in stock? Good luck the Robot had no clue. So I went shopping and in short order LV was definitely best price and probably why item is out of stock. I will wait and hope. I did try the free trial of advice for 30days and free shipping. We will see if that is worth it! I have bought this product before several times and convinced it helps me with an upper respertory problem.
I oredered Red Yeast Rice supplement and it took over 3 months to get it. I know the virus had allot to do with shipping and availability but three of us were looking forward to our order and because of the delay 2 opt out which left me with the entire order. I am not complaining as I will definately use all of them however I would not recommend Lucky Vitamins at this time due to the long wait.
This is the worst experience I never had since 20 years I buy on the internet. It's been 4 months now that their carrier lost my parcel, LuckyVitamin told me that there was an issue with the address apparently and that the parcel was on its way back to them, then and only then they will refund me. (I never seen on the carrier's website that the parcel was on its way back to LuckyVitamin so I don't know where they found this information). So I waited one more month and they told me that they didn't received the parcel yet so they cannot refund me. I went to the carrier website and the tracking number doesn't even work anymore since it's way to old now! I sent more than a dozen of emails to LuckyVitamin and they answered me with an automatic response that until they don't have the parcel back they can't refund me, even if I'm not responsible for the loss of the parcel... This website is a pure SCAM!
I've seen Lucky Vitamin come up in my internet searches quite frequently but I never took the time to look at their website. With Covid my usual resource for supplements was not available so I decided to check out Lucky Vitamin when this business came up in my internet search. I was impressed with their family's story and history of their business. This sold me that it was a reputable site. I placed my order and was very happy to receive it. It arrived promptly, was packaged very carefully and was clean. The products were exactly as described on their website and the quality of the products I received was excellent. I would highly recommend this business and will definitely be shopping with them again. My experience with this business exceeded my expectations.

In purchasing, I inadvertantly hit the autoship button! Realized it once I got my to my email, where they were confirming my autoships, which in this case, I did not want. I tried to call to correct it immediately, before they shipped the order, in case I needed to cancel & reorder, but they asked me to submit a request form via chat or email, which I did. They responded quickly, emailed me back to clarify. I confirmed and matter was taken care of. I didn't have to reorder either, which was a time saver. Very happy with the efficiency and quick service provided. It also came when they said it was going to arrive! I would prefer giving business to the growing mom & pop-type businesses, rather than the huge conglomorates, and Lucky Vitamin fits the bill. I've been happy with services each time I've used them.
I've used the products for some time, found them a lot less expensive here and I never run out with their auto ship, and save more doing so! Love it!
Never order anything from this website, stay away, probably the worst company you will ever deal with. They will take your money and never send your products. Your calls will be blocked after the payment, all I am getting is automated email response. They are true scam artists. Complete scam!
Price is very reasonable, however the shipping is ridiculous. Took two weeks to ship from Ohio to California while other serve provides almost three days delivery.
Lucky vitamin delivered my order fast! And my order was well packaged. None of the bottles were damaged or leaking. Which I have had problems with before ordering from other companies! Thank you for the fast delivery and uncompromised product!

Switching my purchases of nutritional supplements and vitamins from Amazon to Lucky Vitamin. So far, so good. Prices seem fair and the selection is good. Their house brand seems to hold up to the big brands. I like that it is family owned. I wish they had a better selection of preworkouts and their pricing seems a little high, but I haven't tried the price matching feature yet.
I ordered from this company in the past and was satisfied. My last order was a disaster. I've tried to contact customer support, but 5 days later and I haven't heard back. No person is available on the phone b/c of covid. I'm trying to be tolerant, but this seems to be the type of job that can be done remotely.
There are lots of products to choose from but sometimes this site is confusing. I've ordered products that they say have shipped and never have received them. Sometimes emails are not answered.
Lucky Vitamin had an amazing selection of everything I needed to order during the shutdown. Now I am still stuck 3 months later and cannot visit my elderly parents, but I can send them all their necessities needed to keep them well supplied without them going out and risking exposure to the virus. Thanks Lucky Vitamins for timely shipping, and easy to order healthy options!
