Terrible customer service ordered from the uk and never received items as they were held at customs with charges that were more than the vitamins were worth. No refund or help was offered.

I selected shipping option but wanted to go back and change it. Apparently that was not an option. It said I was able to review my order before placing it. That was also not an option. There was no place to review my billing information and now it is incorrect. My shipping information is thankfully correct. Thought I would pass on this feedback as it would be nice to be able to confirm these details but there was not way even to step back. I was only redirected again and again to enter my CC or PayPal info. Thank you.

I have been ordering from this company for years. When I went on vacation to Los Angeles this summer, I placed a substantial order to be sent to my hotel. Lucky Vitamin held my order because of the change in the shipping address, but did not notify me.
When I inquired, I asked them to express ship my order at their cost because of their failure to notify me. Remember, I was a consistent customer, spending over $1,000 a year with them! They refused and were rude. Apparently, my money is not good enough for them and they, like THRIVE MARKET, don't give a hoot about losing revenue.
I tried to contact their parent company, GNC and was disconnected one time, promised a callback two times, and never heard from anyone. I am no longer paying their salaries by making purchases from Lucky Vitamin.
When these small companies become successful, they are sold to horrible corporations: Lucky Vitamin=GNC, Jet.com=Walmart, Vitacost=Kroger... and, of course, Amazon just bought Whole Foods.
Small businesses used to be the "backbone" of American Business. No more! This is very, very dangerous and very sad!
Very easy ordering everything is always in stock free shipping and great prices can't go wrong. A great variety to choose from.
This is my first order from Lucky Vitamins and the process was very easy to follow. Coming from New Zealand i love that the cost is in $NZ so i know the exact amount without having to wait for currency exchange add ons. As well, everything is reasonably priced and there is a huge variety to choose from... Thank you Lucky Vitamins.

I have been buying my vitamins here for several years and have told a lot of family members about Lucky Vitamins.
I found what I needed and it was on sale. Which was a Nice surprise. I will be on this site again. It will be awhile I stocked up.
Great product information!
I hate being forced to take a survey. The website was very useful. I had all my questions answered. The price of supplements is comparable to what I would pay retail for much less effective products ( time will tell if this is true). I will try the products and see if they live up to all the hype. I will let you know.
